The person who took the test refused to change her gloves after touching everything. She got mad and threw the test down and said it is family what the hell! Ma’am change the gloves in between test regardless of who it is. It also took 1 hour for her to complete the appointments. Due to the language barrier she couldn’t answer questions that was asked . She was not professional at all.

So glad I call alliance health was able to make an appointment the same day within a hour from my call. The tech they sent was wonderful big thanks to Jacky she explained everything in details how it works and was very gentle. Thanks Jacky and alliance health.

I used Alliance Health for a PCR test. The team taking the information is very pleasant and pro, however the lab misspelled my name and forgot to add the passport number. After lots of calls and chats they rectified their mistakes.
Lots of hassle for an expensive $150 PCR test.
