I called to schedule an appointment as a new client. The profile on my insurance says they are currently accepting new clients. I've been having an issue for months and i'm now hospitalized and the hospital told me I need to get into an allergist just right away. When I called I was told they are taking new patients but they are too busy to help me so I have to go online. However I need to be fit in as an urgent case due to my condition. Now that they are too busy to talk to me and manually schedule me and/or add me to a cancelation wait list, I'm going to have to drive to the next town for the next closest provider ro get the care I require. I guess it better to know at the beginning that a provider doesn't have time for their patients. This bad experience probably saved me alot of frustration. I don't recommend them based on my first and only interaction being as unprofessional and lacking in compassion it was.

I was surprised how quickly they were able to get me in as a new patient. I was seen quickly, had my allergy skin test and spoke to the doctor. My prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy before I even left the office. Everyone was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this place.

First time visiting an allergist and getting tested. Did not hurt and took about 90 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and informative. I recommend this practice. I am continuing with treatment to hopefully become immune.

All in all, a good experience. Testing was very tolerable and I want to thank Tiffany for her kindness and gentleness. Front office was very nice as well.

The staff is fantastic. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable.The nurse that did my allergy testing was gentle and I barely felt anything. Dr. Hess was personable and took the time to answer all my questions.
My only complaint and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5, is that the office is extremely rundown. The walls are dirty and the paint is peeling. Not really the clean, sterile look you want for a doctor’s office.

We were very pleased with the doctor and all the assistants! Everyone was pleasant and friendly. Dr. Hess was very pleasant and knowledgeable! Unfortunately nothing could be found that my husband was allergic to that was causing him to have such a bad cough and congestion!
