I am from out of state and needed to find an allergist in Central Florida. I spoke to Mrs. Sims who was so professional and helpful.
I had called other clinics and some were out right rude and others never returned my call. The first impression someone has of a doctor is the person up front. Mrs. Sims is great and I look forward to working with this practice.

Very nice staff this was my first visit. And I will be back in two weeks . Dr was Very very thorough he took his time with me. And was so helpful with a prescription considering I have great ins but not prescription coverage. Which I appreciated very much . Thank u see you soon .

Current customer bc I have shots paid for. Must wait for 20 minutes after the shot to make sure you have their issues they close at 5 PM. I got there at 4:34 today and confirmed that their windows at 4:30 but was told they couldn’t do anything because their doctor was leaving even though their office hours until 5 PM completely rude and unprofessional, and not all caring towards a customer when I asked for a gray window because I was supposed to have a shot twice week late. I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do and really. They just wanted to leave early because they would’ve had to stay till 450 anyways to monitor a shot given at 430 versus 554. The staff is always running around confused. There is no clarity in pricing for anything ever, the lack of competent staff is absolutely a problem with everyone in there Everytime I have visited and their billing department is non existent. Save your self a headache and find a legit well oiled machine of a Dr.

AllerVie Health is a NIGHTMARE!!!

1st: The so-called receptionist, doesn't acknowledge you.

If you're a first timer like me, you don't know who to talk to, where to sign in, etc.
As I said, you can't ask the receptionist because she is on the phone and totally ignores you.
SAME with the assistants.

My 1st initial appt was at 8:00, they didn't see me until almost 9:00

2nd and MOST IMPORTANT:
My next visit was getting the dye packs on for testing.

I was at their (new) office by 7:30, (I'm always early.)
The door was locked.

I sat down and waited until 7:45, you know, the time they tell you to get there
(15 mins before appt.)
NOTHING

At 7:55, (if you know my reviews, I am a clock watcher) (and proud of it)

7:55, someone shows up but cannot open their door.
She starts playing with the lock for 4, yes, 4 mins.

I wait until 8:01 to go in and there is no one around

8:05, A staff member comes in, then another, THEN the receptionist .

NO ONE acknowledges me.

I go up to the counter and say am I supposed to be here at 8:00 or at 8:30? Thinking I can get their attention and maybe I was wrong with the time.
I'm told no, you're supposed to be here at 8:00

Okay, I sit down and start waiting again
At 8:15, The doctor COMES in and completely ignores me.

At 8: 20, The staff and him are walking around talking, taking pictures, trying to see where they should put their plaques on their new walls. NEVER acknowledging me.

At 8:45 when I was about to get up to leave, when I get called into the room.

It took all of 5 minutes to put the dye packs on.

So now, I go to the front to pay and I'm ignored again.

I finally leave with the dye packs on my back saying leave these on and we'll see you in 2 days.
!!!Do not get them wet!!! because they will run and you will have stains down your back.

Okay, my day is downhill from there. It is 79° outside
and I'm starting to sweat.
(Ok, don't get them wet from showering, but sweating too?

I drive to my husband's business and have him take them off my back.

Yes, there is dye on my back but not enough to consider being upset about
it will wear off eventually.

NOW, You can make up your own mind if you'd like to go here.
BUT, (You like how considerate I am?)

MY recommendation
(which I always say counts)
is to look around for a business more reputable, trustworthy, competent and caring!

NOT, feeling like cattle
