I had an excellent experience with Allergy Partners from beginning to end. From the receptionist, to the medical assistant, to the provider- everyone was kind and courteous. I saw Dr. Ramos and she has a great bedside manner, very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. I left with a plan and felt very confident. I would highly recommend them.

WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Two years and no results. Certainly! Please send me my labs if your reading this I've paid $90 just to get you to order them --- I strongly advise against visiting Central Coast Allergy and Asthma. Every time I go, I see a different person who seems completely unaware of my case or previous visits. The lack of continuity and communication is beyond frustrating. Despite spending countless hours on the phone, they couldn't even forward my simple labs. It's absurd considering the amount of money and time I've wasted here. They charge for every visit, yet each appointment ends with them wanting to schedule another because they still have no answers or updates. Honestly, it makes me question the competency of this place. Did they get their degrees online or something? If you're looking for a competent and organized allergist, I'd recommend going elsewhere.

I caled and called for two days to request an appointment. I also left a voice mail. The fact that no one ever answers the phone tells me that they are short staffed to begin with which is not a good sign to me. I have never experienced a situation like this before which makes me wonder about the seroiusness of the administration in this practice.

So hard to make an appointment, but it’s a great practice once you’re there! Dr. Ramos and her staff genuinely cared about our medical issue. The nurses were really great with my toddler throughout the unpleasant prick test. Very efficient and clear communication too!

I have seen different doctors at this practice since I was 10 years old. Recently, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that needs special treatment. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Holzhauer, Spencer, Tara and the rest of the team. They have made me feel so much better. If you’ve ever been diagnosed with something scary you know how important the support of a medical team can be. This group has been there for me in more ways than any doctor I’ve ever seen before. In my scariest moments, Heidi and Tara have gotten me in immediately and the doctor and Spencer has been quick to see me and offer help and support. I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to this team. I usually visit the SLO office, but the Pismo office has been just as wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I would HIGHLY recommend this practice to anyone.
