This is it, this is the team you need! You can tell the front office staff is working their hardest to help as many patients as possible, and they do so with grace and professionalism. I think the nurses and doctors are very sweet and caring about their patients. However, the front desk has terrible customer service. They seem very bothered to be there and have no care about assisting you. They barely pick up their head to even acknowledge that you’re there.

The wrong medication was sent to my pharmacy and instead of them quickly trying to resolve the issue because it was their mistake, they said they will do their best and hopefully it’ll be there by end of day. I was suppose to have my medication 24 HOURS ago. Very frustrated and this is disappointing.

The doctors and nurses are great. The desk staff is completely rude and hates speaking to you. Then will bill you incorrectly and the billing department isn’t there for the customers, it’s to do their job. As they told me when I asked why so rude. I will never return after being disrespected twice in 2 months.

The nurses and doctors are great here, but the front office is enough to make me switch. They're extremely unbothered about providing the slightest amount of customer service. I don't understand how there are so many reviews saying this is an issue and they haven't fixed it.

Beyond that, the office hours for injections are extremely inconvenient. If you have a typical 9-5, expect to be behind on your injections.

I’m am so upset. This practice has the best doctors but their office staff is extremely unprofessional. I have been a patient for 6 years with the practice. I have gone the last 6 month and had to wait over an hour each time. This morning shots were to begin at 8 but the nurse was late because she went to Chickfila. 15 minutes later they still hadn’t started giving shots. The waiting room is full with no open seats, all waiting to get shots. Now I have to leave so my daughter isn’t late to school and I’m late for work and didn’t get my shot.

I am very conflicted. I went to this practice for 3-4 years. Dr. Patel is nice and thorough, but I feel like there was never an 'end game' and ultimately I would just continue getting shots forever. It wasn't until I met with the nurse practitioner that she recommended I get retested and see if I even need to continue the shots. That was the first time in the history of my getting shots (I also received them for four years in another location) that someone actually provided a 'way out', if you will.

However, that nurse practitioner also recommended alternatives to the COVID vaccine which the CDC urged citizens not to take because they were ineffective and in some cases did more damage. This astounded me.

I will say that Sarah, Myra, and Dawn were amazing and my allergies did improve but due to these concerns I can't give a higher rating than three stars.

I’ve been a patient at this office for the past few years and while the doctors, NPs and nurses are fantastic, it seems the quality of customer service with the office staff has gone down over the past two years. For example, I only visit the office once a month for injections and I had no way of knowing that the injection room was closed the week of New Year’s because the only holiday hours posted in November were for Thanksgiving week. When I showed up for my injections the week of New Year’s I had the front office staff rudely say that the hours had been posted since November on the door and the injection room wall, as if I couldn’t read 🙁 now I’m even more delayed with getting my shots 🙁 A simple mass email, or automated phone call for injection patients would’ve fixed this problem because the front office staff had said a lot of people were showing up for injections during New Year’s week and I wasn’t the only one! I now have an appointment tomorrow and I had to call them to make sure I was on the schedule because I haven’t received any type of reminder call like I normally do. Please fix your communication issues, it’s putting me behind on my treatment!!
