***I WAS REFUSED SERVICE AT 5w5d by ERICA IN THE FRONT OFFICE DUE TO SPEAKING UP ABOUT MY DISSATISFACTION OF MY APPOINTMENT ***

ERICA THE “MANAGER” IN THE FRONT OFFICE IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF THE TYPE OF PEOPLE THAT SHOULD NOT BE IN THIS PROFESSION!!! Anyone working with women, reproductive health And sensitive circumstances should exude NOTHING BUT compassion, understanding, empathy, And respect for each And every woman that walks through those doors. She is a disgusting human being And should NOT be working in this office And a representation of their business.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, if You would like to be treated with dignity, respect, And compassion from start to finish… I’D HIGHLY RECOMMEND going to Planned Parenthood - East Orlando Health Center!!!!! These wonderful ladies got Me in ASAP And expedited my service due to the urgent nature! The Dr ( who was actually IN OFFICE, unlike the dr @ Women’s center in Maitland… the MANAGER/staff failed to inform ANYONE that the dr was over 4 HOURS AWAY… what a lack of respect for peoples time !!! ) was So kind And moved with urgency to get my paperwork signed off to ensure we made the deadline! I cannot thank these women enough !!!

Having someone like ERICA in this field is truly disgusting. I felt hopeless And lost after being refused service FOR SPEAKING UP ABOUT MY DISSATISFACTION IN THEIR SERVICE. Not only did they fail to inform Us All of the extended wait time but also ERICA completed screwed up my payment. I handed her $360… $250 for the sonogram And $100 for the consultation with the Dr. I only had 20s And she said they didn’t have change So I asked if we could put the extra towards my next payment. She proceeded to give Me a receipt that listed the Sonogram for 250 And then a $10 balance that would be added to my next payment at my next appointment. Yet there was no indication that I paid the $100 as well. I didn’t notice this until a problem arose! Then She acted clueless… if You purchase 2 items from a store Don’t they give You a receipt showing that You purchased 2 items? I mean… is that not common sense? This lady lacks basic common sense, decency, And customer service/care! She could’ve been the cause to Me going off And doing something horrific to terminate!!!

Again, thank goodness I was able to get in Planned Parenthood - East Orlando Health Center!!!!!!!!! I highly recommend And encourage anyone who needs services to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go here instead. You WILL NOT be disappointed!

I see a lot of reviews about the wait time. But they tell you over the phone to expect a 4-6 hour wait. People are doing consultations and there is only one doctor. One consult can take someone 5 minutes with no question and another (like myself with a lot questions ) can take up to an hour. So it makes sense why you’re expected to wait. There is also a 24 hour law so appointments are required. My first visit I was there from 9 to about 12:30. So not terrible. All the staff were very nice (to me at least) they were very compassionate and very attentive. The second visit I was there from 12:30 and went in for my procedure and was done by 2pm. I did mine without sedation only local anesthesia and he talked to me asked me questions about my job to distract me. Pain was about a 7 and the procedure was only about 3-4 minutes. Thank you to all the kind staff. I would recommend to anyone.

Great staff!! Highly recommended. It’s true you have to wait 3-4 hours but is going to be the same in other offices or probably worse.

I learned the hard way that this place does not care about their patients. It’s a money making factory and to them your just a number. The doctor won’t give you the time of day even when complications arise and it’s very unprofessional. I was told after a second round of pills that I would have to pay an additional 180 dollars to be checked if it worked and I was okay even though it’s their job to make sure the procedure was completed accurately. When I called with a uterine infection the nurse was SO I believably rude and not compassionate in any way basically argued with me over the phone about my symptoms then when I finally got in touch with a doctor about how it hurt very bad when I touched my stomach he responded with “well don’t touch your stomach” needless to say I ended up the ER for follow up care and this place should be shut down.

This place took great care of me. Please note, for your first appointment, you could be waiting 4+ hrs because it’s a first come first serve basis. I recommend making sure your phone is fully charged or bringing a charger with as well as a drink and a snack. There is a very small staff working there so please have patience and sympathy. If you’re having a procedure done however, it will go very quickly because you have an actual time slot. The staff is kind, caring, and very professional. The clinic is clean and nicely decorated. I can only speak for myself and I had a great experience here. They made a very uncomfortable situation much more comfortable for me. Thank you, All Women’s Health Center.

This clinic is amazing! The staff feel like friends and family and make sure you feel comfortable and clearly explain things to you. The wait is long but they let you know ahead of time so just be prepared for it. It is a small clinic and they are working as efficiently as they can but also giving each patient the time they need. On the weekend the probability of protesters are low and the weekend it is more of a definite. However, every day the clinic and a great security guard. They are also playing music very loud and take recommendations. The security guard said the more offensive the better So if you feel up to it just flick off the protesters and you'll be fine. No matter what reason brings you to the clinic and what you decide to do, it is the best decision for you and that's what matters! You are strong! I'm so grateful to this clinic.

This place definitely has room for improvements. There are long waits so come with patience(you are made aware apts can last 4-6 hours when you schedule so really is no surprise) & I appreciate the transparency. The front desk staff can be more polite & friendlier but maybe they are just overwhelmed, overworked and tired. This clinic is very busy and they definitely overbooked and do not have enough providers. I had a surgical abortion & Here is the breakdown:
1st appointment- $350 (4-6 hrs, I personally waited about 2.5hrs) they will do an ultrasound, check your blood for RH factor (small poke in the finger), walk through the procedure with office manager then doctor.
2nd appointment - $215 my appointment was at 12 but I was not taken back for the procedure until 2pm. But it was worth the wait, Dr Jackson & his nurse were both amazing. My biggest fear was hearing or feeling the procedure but I was completely knocked out. They used the IV sedation and when I woke up everything was done. Thank you Dr Jackson for a smooth procedure 🙏🏼.
Overall here are the pros & cons:
Pros:
If you are doing a surgical abortion you are in great hands .
You are protected from protestors by Security & the also play load music outside so you do not have to hear the negative comments from the pro-life protestors.
Cons:
Long wait for appointments
Operations is disorganized
Front desk staff not as friendly

Overall I would recommend this place if you can deal with the long waits because the procedure itself was smooth.
OH leave your partner, friend at home because they will not be allowed to go in with you! Only the patient can go inside the clinic!

Everyone here is genuinely so wonderful! They told me over the phone to expect to wait 4-6 hours, but it only took 2 hours in total for everything to be done. Dr.Jackson was genuinely understanding of my Emetophobia, and helped me feel more comfortable and safe when it came down to the medication I was going to be receiving. Everyone had a laugh with me, even while I was feeling stressed out. Overall, a very comfortable experience. Protestors were also very minimal, and the people outside are super kind and play awesome music, hah.
