Thank you,thank you, thank you! I brought my husband in due to his chronic EPI condition. It was a last minute appointment rather than going to the local ER (nightmare experiences in the past) from the moment I called in the staff was more than courteous and concerned with his issue. We were seen right away. Mrs Tyson and nurses were extremely helpful and made sure my husband was in a better state than when he walked in, from severe dehydration to his chronic vomiting. We are home now and im Happy to say he is at least 90 percent back to his normal self. Thank you again.

Went to Urgent care today had a major issue Dr Tyson and Cassie the Radiologist they were very helpful and attentive. Cassie is very professional when she examined me. The team members are also very attentive caring and they truly care about how you feel. Thank you Urgent Care you are a Gods Blessing,!

Waiting room is very small, the seating is really uncomfortable.

Seems like a nice place IF you’re part of the community in a sense, only because you’ll likely be treated as more of a priority regardless of when you are booking the appointment.

I waited over half an hour and got no service for a long time while others who came in after me were served first.

Staff gave no expectation of wait time, I was told to take a seat and wait while others who came in after me were served first even if they were just walk-ins.

Showed up with a sick infant over an hour before closing. The staff at the front desk said no more patients because they are REALLY busy! (the waiting room was completely empty). Asked if they could please just see the baby really quick. "AHhhhhhhhh no... so sorry... So had to go to the ER instead. So, if you find yourself stressing with a sick baby don't waste your time coming here.

Went to this Urgent Care, their time frame says it’s open until 10pm but they don’t see any patients after 9:30 pm. Maybe they should update their work hours on their website and Google. So unprofessional and no manager to talk to at night. I will take my care some where else, very disappointed.

I guess i'm not the right color to get service. Yes, I'm caucasian . I walked in at 6:25. There was two people in the waiting room. He told me they were not taking patients after 7. I said it's not even seven. I said it's not even six thirty. PISS POOR SERVICE!!!!!!

Customer service from the front desk needs improvement. Dr. Tyson is an awsome individual and when he is present his staff acts amazing but when he's not there it's a complete 180. My other issue is billing we've gone a couple of time this year, I approached the front desk and ask when can I pay my co pay was told no copay everytime and now 5 months later I am receiving non stop messages from them saying I owe when I call they tell me I didn't pay my co pay. So either get better training of replace your current staff. They don't seem to enjoy their job eitherway.
