I ended up getting in with another behavioral health office sooner and so have not been a client here, but I have reached out to various therapists over the years and the All Points North team provided some of the best communication I've ever experienced on a waitlist. They regularly followed up with me and kept me informed about when an appointment opening might become available and seemed to genuinely care about me as someone reaching out for mental health support. Not every therapy office is willing to take the time to do that and I really appreciated it. I imagine they are only even more attentive to their regular clients. Thank you!
