I have had the worst experience dealing with this home health agency for my special needs and disabled child. All Metro home health care agency lacks integrity and organization. They are unreliable and irresponsible. They provided very poor and inadequate nurse staffing and coverage. The agency's manager did nothing to resolve it. They are all talk, but no action. The one in charge of nurse staffing continually makes up excuses and fabrications to avoid accountability and responsibility in providing adequate nurse staffing for my child. I complained to the agency about this on numerous occasions, but they did absolutely nothing about it. The nurses came in and left at whatever time they wanted and the agency was perfectly fine with this, because they condone this type of behavior. I had reported to them a nurse with unethical behavior and even sent the agency's manager pictures as proof, yet nothing was done to address or reprimand this nurse's abhorrent and unethical behavior at all. They even tried to have this nurse return, knowing fully well what she had done. It was very disconcerting to say the least. I am in the process of switching to another nursing home health agency. It has been a nightmare all around dealing with this agency. No one should ever go through what I went through.

Do not count on this company. They will lie and say someone's coming and nobody will show up. The aids will lie and say they knocked on our door when we're literally looking outside our window for them. Very few aids actually come and work. Most will sit down all day and not do anything. Oh yeah and people steal. I can go down a list of all the things the home health aides stolen from us. The last lady who came stole money from my autistic son. Who steals from a child and keep a straight face? Do not waste your time with this company. I've gotten stood up so many times i had no choice but find another agency. All their health aides complain how they aren't willing to pay them anything and how the company mistreats them. I'll believe it because they mistreat us by not working and stealing!!!

This place needs to be investigated. The Lauderdale Lakes location should be closed. I spoke with this girl name Amanda she is unprofessional, loud, ghetto, and uneducated I would never give these people my personal information. the business next door told me how Amanda is just troubled to everyone he said even to the maintenance man.
All metro healthcare you all need to hire qualified staff people. I’m filing with the state as well.

Company sucks
And they know it
I'm still with them because of one of their employees who has integrity and great work ethics
Company knows it. I don't want to get into details because talking about any of the things that happened frustrates me even more

I do hope they improve their services and if that happens I'll be the first one to tell you untill then keep looking around
