It’s rare to find a place where you’re treated like family, but All Family Care has mastered it. Their attentiveness and kindness never go unnoticed, and I always leave feeling cared for and uplifted. I am not sure I will be returning to this practice. It was my first visit. The office did not appear busy, but everything seemed very rushed and it made me uncomfortable. The PA I saw was very nice, but again feeling rushed. On the back of the exam door were rules. Things to do and not do during a visit. Depending on what kind of visit you are there for. I found this strange and inappropriate. I wish I had taken a picture of it, but I was just stunned. It is understandable that you want to keep timely appointments. I felt like this was a bit extreme.

I like going to All Family Care. The doctors and the nurses has a good bedside manner.
They care about people. The doctor make sure all my issues are addressed. He answers all of my questions. If I need to see a specialist he will give me a referral to see a good specialist. Thank you All family Care for caring😃

If I could give a zero I would.
I was scheduled to see Dr. Singh but I ended up seeing the male PA, Batrony Bazilme. I found out today that Dr. Singh rarely ever goes to the Goodyear office and I guess as a new patient I was supposed to know this.
I was told by the receptionist that if I scheduled this as a physical that I would not get charged the $40 copay. ok.

I had sent in all of my medical history beforehand, but they said they did not receive it, of course. So, I had to go through all of this again. The nurse aid went over this with me and did blood pressure, but I didn't feel she had great knowledge of what she was doing. I also had a little eye exam in the hallway, which was weird since I was wearing glasses.

I was told that I needed to get bloodwork if I was to have any of my prescriptions renewed. Which, I wasn't against because some of my medications can cause liver and kidney damage. Ok.

When the PA came in, I was very confused. He spent about 5-10 minutes with me and I sat in the chair. He was staring at the computer most of the time while he looked over my information. He got out his stethoscope and checked my eyes, ears and mouth. And then said I was good to go and thanks for coming.

When I left the nurse handed me a slip for mammography, which I turned down.

I waited for the 7-10 days to get my bloodwork and it wasn't there on the portal, and then I looked at the visit summary. The doctor on record was Dr. Singh, who I didn't see. Hm. And, then It said what we went over in the exam. Which we never went over. Like self breast exams, That I should follow up with an optometrist, that I was advised not to drink, that I was being referred to a psychologist, that we talked about diet and health, that the doctor went over my seizure risk (I'm epileptic), That we went over the flu shot, that ER precautions were gone over. And that he spent 30minutes with me and 50% of that time was spent on counseling and coordination. Huh. Well, that's interesting because it didn't happen.

Also it says that I had good grips, which weren't tested, that there was nothing wrong with my abdomen (not checked), and that my memory was checked too. Which, wasn't tested. I am epileptic. This is part of a regular usual test.

Also, it says that I deferred having a GENITOURINARY exam, which I was not asked , but I probably would deferred. And also a rectal exam that I deferred "per patient's preference". Would I have deferred, yes. Was I asked? No.

My medical report stated that my thyroid was unremarkable. Which is strange because I have congenital hypothyroidism and have no thyroid. So, if the PA felt my throat, which should have been done on a physical, he would have noticed I had no thyroid.

I called in today to get my bloodwork and they don't know where it went. The office draws the blood and sends in the bloodwork but they aren't responsible for it. It's the lab. Huh.

And, "Dr. B" saw me. Well, he is a PA. Oh, but in the country he comes from he was a surgeon so they call him "Dr. B". That's great, but in the US, he is a PA. He seemed like a nice enough person, but when I expect to see a Dr. Singh and my insurance is billed for a Dr. Singh, so I expect to see him.

When I called the office, the staff was not apologetic, they were defensive and antagonistic. My "report was too long to look at".

Anyhow, I don't recommend them. And I have reported them to my insurance.

I have both the negative and positive experience in this place. The nurse who called people in was very unprofessional. She wore a Jean and don't even look like nurse. She came in asking silly questions that does not related to my medical appointment. She began asking for my parents health, and weather if they are a life. I answered those questions. Then she moved on and asked if I have children and I answered that, and asked if they are all okay.. I said yes. The question is if whatever sickness they are investigating is on me, how can she talk about my children? My children came from me and if I am still alive and never had any of whatever they are expecting and non of my parents doesn't have any of that, how can they asked for my children?

She done with me and said the doc will come in few minutes. It took an hour before doctor show up. She did not even give the doctor her note, so the doctor had to take a complete diffrent note and asked Profesional questions that I was expecting from the "nurse ".

Yes, this place is much more like other business other than a professional family health care. I hope they should reevaluate how they interact with patients and begin to act professionally.
