When I started doing Yoga with Nayelli a couple years ago, I was so tight and rigid. I am now feeling much better in my body. Her class is like a workshop in that she teaches you how to build strength and flexibility in your whole body. I sign up for the class thru her website each time so it keeps me on track with my class package. I now use the schedule app because I go so often. Also she has a large suite so I enter thru the suite door on the right for yoga and go to door on the left for massages. Her massages are superb! She is highly intuitive and knows exactly the best technique to help alleviate stress and tightness in the muscles. Nayelli is truly gifted in her work!

I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and had a partial mastectomy as well as a reduction and lift to make my body match. I developed a frozen shoulder. I was going to physical therapy but I was not improving my range of motion as fast as I’d like and the other muscles in my arm were being effected. I asked my sister about massage therapy and her husband, who is a dentist, often sees Nayelli for treatment. I needed someone who really knew how to deal with a frozen shoulder as well as breast cancer scars. Nayelli and I discussed my situation over the phone and I immediately felt she could help me. When I went in for my massage, she put me at ease by making me feel comfortable and described what she was working on and why she was doing it. I even tried cupping, which relieved some of my pain. We had 3 sessions total and she helped me gain range of motion in my arm and I was able to sleep better. My arm muscles are relaxed and I am able to complete my physical therapy exercises which in turn should continue to improve and relieve my frozen shoulder. I highly recommend Align and Nayelli!

Nayelli’s yoga class this morning was just what I needed. I’m getting back into my yoga practice and found the small class, with lots of personal attention, a perfect match. Nayelli’s ability to explain and demonstrate poses is superb. It is necessary to register ahead of time, online. The yoga door is on the opposite side of the building from Align Bodywork.
