This office is a NIGHTMARE!!! I am trying for days to get my blood pressure medication prescriptions renewed and so far only one of four!!! The CVS pharmacy has been contacting them!! If I die from a stroke you will be held responsible!! HELP ME!!!

If I could give Zero stars I would. I have been trying to get an appointment for the last 2 months. I have no refills on my prescriptions for asthma medication and the pharmacy will not refill without Dr approval.
The voicemail is always full. I finally got through and made an appointment for today October 12. I come to my appointment and there's a not on the door saying they are closed October 11 and 12 due to an emergency.
The very least they could do is call those with appointments and let them know, before they drive here.
I'm going to switch my Dr today.
I should have read all the reviews first.

I've been here twice through the last 2 years because it was so difficult to make any appointments with them. Why you ask? because no one in their office answers the phone. They open from Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM and they're closed for the weekend. I thought about changing my PCP because of this difficult matter about making appointments. I had to take my day off of work to "walk in" to ask for appointments and found out it is book for the rest of the day , week and months. So my daughter had to suffer from the flu and a high fever till whenever they're open for an appointment?! This is ridiculous and insane...But wait there is more all this time my insurance pays them monthly weather we see them or we don't to find out they're not taking any children 6 and under. If I would have known I would never come through. They should have send out emails or letters to let these parents know at least beside wasting our time. For two years they haven't picked up their phone to answer calls or return any messages. Then you wonder why your patients ends up in the ER. We come to see you for minor reasons and you can't even take us in. How in the world are you so booked up for appointments? You're probably taking older patients because of their medi-cal and you can charge them however you like right?! Well, I don't recommend anyone to come here if you're looking for a good doctor.

Been trying to make an appointment for a few days now. I call the office and no answer. It’s not the first time it’s happened. In 2021 when I was pregnant it took me a whole month to get in contact with them, I even showed up to make an in person appointment and their front door was locked on a day it was open yet no one came to open the door for me.

As a in home supportive services care provider , I had the opportunity to visit this location today with my consumer who had their first appointment with Dr. Alicia G Nugas. I was very impressed with the doctor and staff. They do a great job assisting with all things medical. Plus they are so helpful and kind I enjoyed our visit 100 %. Thank you Dr. Nugas your awesome!

Not professional as well I made an appointment a week before I arrived there and they said they never even had me as a appointment and that my medical didn't go through which is funny because my medical is activated not only that the shitty part is they made me go there for nothing as well as I got sick coming out of that clinic I caught a virus from just coming out of that clinic I was healthy and perfectly fine until of course I came out of the clinic started feeling sick and little do y'all know I caught acute syndrome virus it was so bad I had to go to the er in Los ALAMITOS SO IF YOU WANNA WASTE YOUR TIME AND CATCH A VIRUS THEN GO RIGHT AHEAD OTHER THAN THAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC AT ALL TERRIBLE!
