I got to the office about 5 minutes early, and got checked in. Front desk person was pleasant got me check in quickly. I only waited about 5 minutes and was called back to see Alex for my two week post op knee check. Was in room a short time and Alex came in and was friendly and professional. He had already called in extra meds before seeing me! He took out one stitch in chin area. We talked about how my knee was doing and said x-ray look good. My visit was pleasant and in and out quickly.

Pro’s: Excellent Surgeons. Great support staff. Caring and compassionate.

Con’s: Very difficult to speak with someone when you call. All calls go through a Call Center. They can’t connect you with a Nurse or anyone. They have to send an instant message and hope for a reply. Extremely frustrating when you need a refill on your prescription OR have a concern you need to discuss.

My 3 month PO appointment was very nice. Alex is a very good listener & is proactive in his responses. I had some concerns about my recent knee replacement, & Alex took the time to explain the healing process & managing expectations at 3 months out. He also sent me for xrays to allay any fears I might have.
I also asked for some paperwork info on my implant, & an rx for an upcoming dental appointment. Alex supplied me with both.
I left my PO appt not only feeling heard, but also feeling supported through my recovery journey.
I would recommend this office & its team to anyone. Everyone here does a great job.
