I am a Saint and appreciated my stay at Alcott Center. Just like a monestary. I am grateful for the choice by the judge to send me there and to further help with FSP, For my much needed housing while I seek to locate some inherited property I was told about as a child had been found and accepted. I need a real estate specialist. I don't think Century 21 would so easily ready to help. Figuring it out.

Can anyone tell me what do they do for mental health? Do they know how to work section 8 or are they in training? It's a non-profit. How do people donate to that? I don't understand they can't even keep employees. So there must be something going on there. Or should I say? Is there anything going on there? Why is so easy for my friends to move in 4 months, With peoples concern in Long Beach. It has taken me 2 years to get my voucher. I've had my voucher since October and I still haven't been able to move into a place man. I wish I knew about people's concern before.
Getting involved with these people. Very unprofessional, uncaring,

My journey with this psychiatry practice began shrouded in skepticism, yet what unfolded was nothing short of exceptional. The dedicated team here, from my insightful therapist Alyx to my three psychiatrists - Dr. Rivera, Dr. Feller, and Dr. Rafael, not to mention my diligent case manager Robert, all demonstrated an unwavering commitment to my well-being. Their tremendous effort has sparked a notable positive change in me. While I recognize that my path to full recovery is still unfolding, the progress I've experienced thus far is palpable and deeply appreciated.

If you’re looking for psychiatric care, there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the doctors I have talked to. However, dealing with the receptionist today was nothing short of a depressing nightmare. I was constantly insulted the entire time. Gaslit over and over and eventually hung up on. The doctors are amazing, but you guys need to hire people who have human compassion.

I went to Alcott for about seven years. Everybody's flawed; my therapists couldn't always help with what I was going through. They always tried their hearts-out, though. I could almost-always see that the person I was talking to really cared for me, and when I didn't feel that, they allowed me to change therapists.

Being a part of a place wherein people cared and wanted better for me changed my perspective about people as a whole.

Thanks, Alcott.

Very poor service for someone that's in need of therapy right away. You have to wait a month to be seen. Or you can come on Mondays as a walkin patient. But they only allow only 2 walkin patients to be seen. The front receptionist is not the right fit for a place like that. She does not have a friendly attitude and comes off a bit rude. And the intake coordinator does not respond back to emails if you have an immediate problem that needs addressing. This is a federally funded place that's taking advantage of the government. And not doing what it suppose to do is help those that are having mental health issues.

in 4 months will have been here 2 years...first case manager helped me get in when I told her I was in a dysfunctional spousal relationship... then she kept touching my shoulder and whisper evil nothings in my ear to "toe the line" or "else".
The property manager cares about nothing but "her family time..."
