Was fitted for comoression garment on 9/6/23. Was advised I would receive in 4 to 5 weeks. Have not received as of today. Called them several times. I talked to them about a week and a half ago and was told my garments were being FedEx to my home and i would receive by 11/10. Today 11/16, still don't have them.. Tried to contact them several times today and cannot get through to anyone.

Di not recommend Alcam.

Do not come here! If your insurance sends you here fight to go else where! This place is horrible! Every appointment we have had to make is always rescheduled last minute like we don’t have jobs of our own. Then they order wrong brace for my daughter, so another appointment wasted! I really wish I could give no stars!

They told me 4 to 8 weeks and we're in week 10 going on 11. Waiting on an afo is urgent to me. But I guess they're not in a rush, it's not urgent to them. They tell me it's on route that they'll call me when its there

Worst experience ever! Not only did the receptionist ignore me for over half an hour because she was on her cell phone, but then was so rude because I interrupted her to ask was over 45 minutes ago.

Was made to wait an additional 35 minutes, only to be put in a room to wait for another 40 minutes!
To make things worse, the woman who came in, knew absonothing about prosthesis and and mastectomy bras.
What a joke!!! And then it took 4 months to get mhalf of my order....

This place is trash ! Took my mom to get insert pure trash ! I could have bought better ones at Walmart. They claim 7 day warranty. I took them back on the 4th and they refused them . Do not go here cheapest material they could find to make insert! I do not recommend these people your better off putting duct tape around your ankles !
