I came to Alaska interior, to get a second opinion on a treatment plan from a different dentist. All I got today was a cleaning and game plan for what I would need to get done. I couldn’t be more impressed. The reception staff was friendly and personable. And I cannot say enough good things about Mia and Dr Olsen. Both were friendly, knowledgeable, and sensitive to my feelings. I’ve never had such a great experience at a dentist before (and i’ve been through MANY). They broke down appointments, procedures and cost for me and made me a game plan I felt EXCITED to get done. (excited to go to the dentist.. can you believe that?)

Ever since a rough childhood dental experience while growing up, I have had a legitimate fear of dentists. My heart races and I get very anxious any time I think about going to the dentist. I set up an appointment with Alaska Interior Dentistry and every person I interacted with was so kind. They made me comfortable and were all very professional. Dr Olson was excellent, he was kind and did a great job fixing up my teeth. I think I’ve found my forever dentist, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now. Definitely recommend!

This was my first time here it was for the most part a good experience, friendly staff and a good dentist. They all did a good job.

One thing to work on is the schedualing or notifying customers. I was originally told my appointment was at 9am. Then I received a call to see if I wanted to take an earlier appointment because someone cancelled, I said no thank you and then confirmed my appointment was still at 9am. She said no it was at 1030. I said okay I guess that will work (since I’m on a tight schedual with working road construction) then the next day around 8am I get a reminder text that my appointment is at 9am, now if confused! So I try to call and they don’t open until 9 anyhow I ended up getting them to answer around 830am and explain what happened. I ended up having the 9am appointment and had to rush over there. The point is your not sure what others have going on and its important to make sure to get the information right the first time. Thanks for the kindness and doing a good job on my teeth.

Still the best place to go. I don't think anyone has ever been so kind as this whole office of people are to me. They are not only the nicest Dr. Olsen will make sure he does the best of his ability for every patient. I never thought that going to a dentist would be a good day but they make sure to help give you that good day. Thanks so much for everything you guys yall have been so amazing to me

It’s been 5 years since my last visit to the dentist and I’m truly impressed with Alaska interior Dentistry . Dr. Olson was professional and knowledgeable with my individual needs of oral care. I knew I needed lots of serious work on my teeth and he was able to come up with a plan to improve my tooth ? condition. From the amazing staffs that took care my insurance plans ahead of time before my appointments to the dentist assistants that all pitched in to give me exact individual care. I was so relaxed and love the family setting. This will be my dental home from now on. They truly care. Definitely recommend bringing the whole family here. The environment is incredible and family oriented. My ? is in good hands. Thank you everyone .
