Great atmosphere to go and relax your mind get a better understanding why you go through the things that you go through! Victoria Smith is the best psychiatrist she listens to you! Very patient I feel comfortable talking to her Anyone seeking help this is the place go!

I've been coming here since Jan before lea left this practice. I had no problems she was kind and always made sure she got back to me within 24 hrs. Always had my prescriptions sent in immediately. BUT since she left I've had issues with medicine being sent in 3-8 days AFTER my PAID OUT OF POCKET APPTS. NO DOCTOR REACHING BACK OUT TO ME FOR WEEK OR WEEKS. AND ITS ALL ON MY RECORDS. THEY SAID THEY ARE NOT SEEING ME AS A PATIENT NOW BECAUSE I AM UPSET THAT MY MENTAL HEALTH PROVIDER DID NOT PROVIDE. TRY TO MAKE PATHETIC ATTEMPT WITH PHONY BOGUS OF URINE TEST RESULTS WHICH I CAN PROVIDE ALL MY HEALTH RECORDS TO EXCUSE ANYTHING BUT THEYRE JUST UPSET THEY ARE CALLED OUT ON NOT CARING AND IM JUST A NOBODY. HOW ABOUT THE DIRECTOR HASNT EVEN REACHED OUT TO ME OR LOOKED AT EVIDENCE JUST AUTOMATICALLY AGREES WITH THIS NON PROFESSIONAL DR. WHO I CAN PROVE DIDN'T DO HER JOB. IF YOU WANT ACTUAL HELP DONT GO HERE. AT ANY OF THEIR LOCATIONS LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM REPORT IT TO THE STATE OF ALABAMA MEDICINE AND YOUR HEALTH DEPT. CAUSE THEY WONT MAKE IT RIGHT.
