They litterally never answer their phone. You can go through all of the menu options but they litterally never pick up the phone.

No one will EVER answer the phone. If you leave a message, they will not be calling you back. If they say they will schedule your next appointment, they won’t. (I called for 3 weeks before I spoke to a real person about the appointment they never scheduled.) If you have a reaction to a prescription, they don’t care. Prescriptions…. They tell you they are being sent to the pharmacy…. They are not. There’s a real issue when everyone you speak to can only say “I don’t what what to do for you” or “Let me check and call you back”. Bottom line. They don’t know and they don’t care!!

I have seen Shelley Padgett CRNP and she collaborates with Dr. Challagundla. Shelley has been exceptionally helpful for me I have seen her for almost a year. As a medical professional I was afraid of the stigmatizing that comes with psychiatry and being told I was a major cause of my fathers bipolar episodes by a different psychiatrist didn’t help my feelings toward mental health care. Shelley crushes all those fears for me. She speaks to me in a way of one medical professional to another and has helped me. I have been on her medication management for almost a year now and it has made a huge improvement in my life. She has helped me with fears of not being good enough, and explaining that my PTSD is valid and the situations I have been in are not my fault and I can change my life. All of the staff are very nice, the front desk staff know their insurance stuff and have always been helpful in getting appointments scheduled. The MA is nice who obtains vitals and always speaks friendly. They have all changed my beliefs and thoughts on mental health care and I recommend them to everyone!

Sat for an hour, before I asked what was going on ,then was told the Dr was "running behind". They should have told me that when I first signed in. No consideration for the patient or the patients time.

They don’t call u with appointments I had to change drs and plus I had to chase them around I don’t advise this place

Definitely do not recommend. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone from their office for weeks. Good luck trying to get anything done.
