Friendly & helpful staff. Was able to get appointment quickly & time spent in waiting room was minimal which isn’t common at other medical offices. Well- organized office. Physician friendly, compassionate & knowledgeable which made my visit an all around a great experience!

I have been seeing Dr Benoit for a couple of years now for allergy treatment as well as sinus surgery. He is a fantastic physician with great bedside manner, and the office staff are efficient, professional, and very nice to work with. I highly recommend!

i had known dr. Benoit from years ago and remembered how kind he was to me. i could have gone to many doctors but i especially hunted for him to find him and go back to him. everybody in that beautiful office was very helpful kind and calm and nice. i actually enjoyed the visit. dr Benoit is still as good looking as he was 20 years ago and still as kind. if i have another vertigo attack i will be right back in his office. i will never go to anybody else. the atmosphere in that office is very calming. thank you dr, Benoit for explaining to me what was going on. he answered my questions. he is not a doctor that goes in and out he actually listens and asks question and details about what happened to me. i wish for you to post this review. it is the truth and i feel people need to know. sincerely and thankfully Gerda Byrd

Highly recommend Alabama Ear Nose and Throat Specialists! I’ve truly noticed such a difference with my environmental allergies since beginning allergy shots. The allergy nurses Lauren and Cindy are fantastic! Also beyond grateful for a successful balloon sinuplasty with Dr. Shields as well. Almost 2 months post op and I’m breathing so much better already!!
