Extremely unprofessional service, I don’t see anyone getting attended, yet they’re “very busy”. Currently waiting, 3 hours for a urine screening.
All CSR could say is “it’ll be another 20 minutes” but I don’t see anyone actively being helped. I’d highly suggest you choose a different facility to avoid the “3 to 4 hour wait” as said by the receptionist. Don’t waste your time.

I've been here 3 times for follow-ups. The 1st time, it was just 2 hours. Okay, I can work with that, but the last two times, i waited for 4 hours.
There is only 1 doctor, and they schedule so many patients back to back.
Do they get paid per scheduled patient?
Unnecessary 4hr wait.
While they are nice people here, I wouldn't recommend it.

They need another doctor at least or to work on their schedule better.
It's crazy waiting times.

I've sat in a room waiting on the doctor for an exam for over 3hrs and still waited. If I leave I fail. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else. Bad business.

This place is the worst Medical facility I have ever been to. Medical attention is artificial and wait times are never 30 minutes, minimum wait for a urine test is 1 hr. And careful with the tatted red head at the front desk (bad hair dye) this person should not deal with patients at all. She is beyond rude and always angry, comes through as a mean malicious person . I spent two hours here with no medical attention just a vague consultation!! It's a dirty facility and and once again medical attention is artificial, bare, no real care for the patients in other words it's not really a medical facility it's a business that collects insurance money!!!! SAD!!!

If i could give negative stars, i would. This "medical facility" is the filthiest place i have ever seen in my life! I have the tendency to lift the toilet seat every time i urinate and this is what i see. Why not clean this restroom constantly? Personally, i firmly believe that this is place is putting the people that come here in a serious health risk.

The doctor assigned to my mother's case was absent. The doctor taking over made irrelevant small talk when cutting my mother's stitches. He didn't care for her pain, and made us take home the razor blade, "to cut up your car's registration sticker - it can't be stolen then!" Are they making patients dispose of used medical tools for them? I wish my mother didn't have to go here.
