Airways Medical, and in particular, Robin Garrett has provided outstanding service with our CPAP supplies and delivery. We switched from another supplier, and the difference has been delightfully better. I was new to CPAP and appreciate Robin's patience and guidance as I adjusted to fittings. When my husband was in the hospital, she made sure we had clean tubing and responded immediately to our needs. I highly recommend Airways Medical. They provide outstanding service!

Had an appointment yesterday to set up my husbands APAP machine. Robin was incredible and spent a lot of time explaining everything to my husband about the machine and giving him detailed explanations on how to do everything. She went above and beyond to help my husband be fitted properly with the right size mask. He now has everything he needs to be successful in using his APAP machine. Robin also called the next morning to see how his night had gone; she was truly a blessing! All of the staff were courteous and friendly and wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend Airways medical for your Respiratory needs.

THIEVES These people are thieves AND liars. On my first months rent my deductible hadn’t yet been met so I would have to pay part of it the first month until my deductible was met so I signed that they could bill my card. Months later I find they have been billing the exact same as the first month. Take your business to a more honest and deserving business RUN away from this place.

Airways Medical got me set up with my new CPAP two days after my doctor referred me. When I arrived, all of the staff was very friendly and professional, and I did not have to wait to be seen for my appointment. Robin was very thorough in explaining everything I needed to know to begin using the CPAP and provided all of the info I needed regarding cleaning and ordering new supplies. I will recommend them to anyone who needs a CPAP or supplies.

Not a great experience. I went in to get my cpap and the paperwork said rental with deductible amounts for me. I explained to the guy that I had met my out-of-pocket expense and that they needed to redo that because my insurance would pay 100% of the machine. I called back later to confirm and was told that my insurance did indeed pay 100%. Fast forward about 4 months later and I get a bill for rental. I called and talked to the lady in billing who just kept saying over and over that I was CLEARLY told that it was a rental, and that I had agreed to that. When I explained the situation and that I NEVER agreed to rental, she just kept telling me that I just didn’t hear correctly and that my deductible started over at the beginning of the year. Hello. Not for an item that I was told was already paid for. Got really rude. Then, she thought she hung up the phone, but didn’t. So, I sat there and listened to her talk and complain about me to a co-worker for several minutes. Saying how it was funny how “they conveniently never hear that part”, I can’t keep my story straight, etc. I called her back to let her know that I had heard everything she said. She did not apologize, and said that yes, she was talking about me because she is having to deal with this. She said that the owner was going to call me. That’s been about 2 months ago. I’m still waiting. Called about a month ago right before the due date on the rent and was told that the owner was out of town and would call me the next Monday. Still waiting, and now got another rental bill.

Thanks, guys. You saved a billion dollar insurance company a couple hundred bucks and put it on me instead. Wish I had gone anywhere but here.
