As of now I am not impressed with Airway Management if I can give no stars I would do to the situation and run around. I was told 3 weeks ago from my child’s health insurance I should have been contacted or even received my child’s c pap machine today is aug 16 2023. I was contacted finally by Monday asking me if I preferred morning or afternoons. I honestly replied I don’t care what day or time I am available anytime of the day my 5 yr old child is near completely block from breathing. I am frustrated I believe any parent would be frustrated seeing their child not breathing. I called this morning because again the insurance reached out asking if we received the c pap machine and again I responded not yet. I called airway management this morning today be told unfortunately the driver is not able today and not word if the driver will even be available tomorrow. Don’t get me wrong I can understand maybe the driver could be sick or even is dealing with an emergency, however what I don’t understand is how they don’t have a backup driver the is medical equipment people are desperately waiting are and need. I will say the women who did answer the phone was nice and tried to be helpful as best she could. My review is not based on a individual person it is based on the overall way the company is being ran. I hope this review helps them do better to understand medical equipment if very important. Put yourself in the shoes or situation of our needs. It could be you your child a loved one. No person should have to wait on breathing equipment or any other equipment that is absolutely needed.

Worse service ever, they have called me to take a cd card from my sons machine, first they always call me when they are in front of my house with out previous advice & they know I work, second the person who is picking up the cd card wanted to enter my full house including the bedrooms!!! Third the person end up taking the machine from my daughter (minor) without asking if my son still needs the equipment!! Very rude and unprofessional stating that the equipment was her equipment!!!! Which was not in my house for free because the insurance is paying for it!! Unbelievable, why this company offering services with this type of people in charge.

As parents of a 5 year old son who suffers from non-verbal autism, and is not potty trained, we have faced the fright of not finding diapers that could maintain our child's dignity for a few more months, or even years. However, the entire team of Airway Management has been superb! They are constantly researching the latest and best items on the market. Communication is always a breeze, and personal touches like Christmas and holiday cards are always received by us as a blessing. I would strongly recommend this establishment as your "Go to" place for all of your medical equipment needs. Ms. Jodi and her entire team are fantastic. I had been waiting for a nebulizer and a CPAP machine from my old med supply place. I waited for almost 8 mths.
I called my insurance company told them they immediately got ahold of Airway Management to get my stuff, it took them less than a week!!!
They're very polite, helpful, speak slow so you can understand them, and answer 24-7 Incase you have any questions or need anything.

Airway and JODI are EXCELLENT. I thought I needed a new nebulizer compressor because mine was not misting. It had been a very long time since I had used it. I decided to see if someone locally had one and thankfully I called Airway! I explained my problem and Jodi explained it was probably the tubing and nebulizer since they were old. She told me she had the parts and she recommended that I use a mouthpiece instead of the mask. ( I thought it had to be a mask) She told me to go and she would meet me in the parking lot because of Covid-19. I called her when I arrived and she promptly came out with what I needed.She explained how to use it and how to clean it. JODI WAS SO HELPFUL! It's hard to find that kind of customer service nowadays! The mouth piece was half the price of the mask and it worked perfect. I liked using it much better than the mask. THANK YOU JODI AND AIRWAY FOR BEING AN HONEST CARING BUSINESS!
