Wrost urgent care I've ever been to took my daughter in for a Sprain ankle and Schedule us for an X-ray came back and said my daughter.'s ankle wasn't fractured or anything. I'm trying to get my daughter's X-ray documents so she can be back to her basketball sport, and they will not give it to me. And tell me I have to schedule another X-ray for her ankle, whats the point they don't get is that the first X-ray already says it all...my daughter ankle is not Fractured, so whats the point to schedule another X-ray. Do not take your kid or yourself to this urgent care. It's was a waste of time. All they want is just your money. Worst urgent care visit. Not helpful at all. Don't waste your time going there.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctor in my life! I came in to get an EKG for bariatric surgery. The staff was amazing and nice, but the doctor… definitely should not be working with anyone.

It started off with him talking down to the nurse taking my vitals. He was rude to her and it was super awkward. She even apologized for his rude interruption.

I was done with my EKG. I was feeling vulnerable at this point because I had to take off my shirt and I was pretty exposed after the equipment was put around my bare chest. The nurse was great and comforting though.

He walks in and you can just tell he has an attitude. He’s asks me questions about how often I exercise and if I breathe hard when I walk up stairs or walk in general. I tell him I do walk trials and sometimes breathe a little harder when I’m walking briskly and I do breathe a little harder when I’m walking up stairs.(ummm trying to get surgery to help with that) He continues to tell me that he will not give me EKG clearance for my bariatric surgery because I breathe hard when doing those activities and because I have a heart murmur.

I DO NOT have a heart murmur. My mom did. He probably saw that in the family history but mistakes me for having it. I tell him I do not have a heart murmur, but he continues to say that he’s never had a patient as young as me needing clearance for surgery. He says I’m 22 and I correct him and tell him I’m 28. I’m still young, but I was recommended to get this surgery for a reason. I ask him to talk me through his reasons again and he said “ NO I already have you my reasons” I was defeated and angry. I wanted to say something back to him so bad, but I was worried it would affect my surgery( It wouldn’t though).

I just wanted to get out at that point. He was horrible and doesn’t know how to talk to people. His bedside manner sucks! He should be fired at this point. There are many more reviews that comment on his behavior.

It’s awful when you feel judged on your weight when your doctor looks unhealthily as well.

On my way out there was a patient having an allergic reaction in his room and he acted like he didn’t care and proceeded to make jokes about that patient. Yeah, this guy needs to retire or just get fired. I’m sure the employees want him gone as well. He’s an awful man.

I’m going to my primary doctor for them to look at the EKG and see if they give me clearance. My surgeon office recommended that I do that since he seemed very unprofessional. He honestly just seemed like a mean old man who really doesn’t know much.

0 stars if I could

Okay I this is the second time this has happened to me so I have to make a review: I came here for relief from an illness. The medicine that I was supposed to get after my visit was not at the pharmacy. I was told it would be ready by the doctor at 9 o clock. I showed up to the 24 hour pharmacy and was told that my medication wasn’t available. The pharmacy even stated that they would help me if I had discharge paperwork that had the prescriptions. I have never received discharge paperwork from this facility at any time when I have been seen.
I would’ve just let this go but I’m sitting up at 4 in the morning waiting for them to open, haven’t slept all night because I can barely breathe through my nose and my head feels like I’m in a headlock by the hulk. This is the second time this has happened to me from this place and that I’ve had to be in major pain/discomfort from not being able to receive the medicine prescribed to me.
The first time they did this to me I had to call and be told that a nurse would get back to me but never did. I had to call back, the nurse tried to make it seem like there was nothing they could do and I would have to just go back to the pharmacy and tell them something( I have no idea what). Finally after calling back then playing phone tag since I had to explain the issue multiple times to nurses that work right next to each other, I was able to talk to the doctor, get a new prescription. The timeline on this took all day since I had to also wait for my wife to get home to get the medication.
This second time I don’t know what I’m supposed to do since I have to wait for them to open and there’s no way I can pick up the medicine unless my wife shows up to work late, or gets off. I have to just sit here in pain with difficulty breathing and no medicine that provides relief from the worsening symptoms. I have class to show up to and speak in and work to do under these conditions, I already missed class to be seen for my appointment based on the severity of my symptoms. How was I supposed to know that the doctor telling me to check on n a medication after they closed wouldn’t be available and that I’d be forced to go a full day without the prescribed medication? One of which is for a serious issue. I don’t have the ability to go to emergency room without calling an expensive ambulance or severely harming my wife and young son’s ability to rest so they can go to school and work without much needed rest. We are all not feeling well.
For this to happen twice, I had to post a review. This pattern of behavior is ridiculous. I would rather turn what I’m going through into awareness. Is this the kind of treatment you would find acceptable for a loved one, yourself, or someone else? How many times does something need to happen before you wonder if it happens with someone else? I don’t know what to do than just speak the truth here and pray someone cares enough to do the right thing to address this pattern.

Signed,

Trying to rest (my name is already on my profile, if anyone wants to verify, I am more than happy to provide evidence)

Doctor was really rude! I tried to take my daughter to get seen, and after checking in and getting settled they ask me how old she is like they didn’t already have her date of birth I tell her she is one and they tell me she can’t be seen, she has to be older then 2. I ask if they have a partner or recommend somewhere to take her and the doctor comes out looking irritated and says take her to her PCP or emergency room. I took her to urgent care for a reason, we just moved from Texas so no pcp and I don’t want to wait hours at the emergency room for something that is non emergent. I told him that we just moved and he rolled his eyes and said emergency room. We left but that was a horrible experience!!!! It was not the fact that they couldn’t see her, I understand that but why was the doctor so angry
