Apparently they operate on their own hours and not the ones represented online. They supposed to be closed at 6:30pm and I was instructed to leave and that they are closed at 5:00pm. Usually I have a smooth visit here at this location but I am not sure what happened lately. I understand if people want to leave early but there are people that travel far to reach here. It would be common courtesy to update hours of operation or abide by those hours that you have committed to

If I could leave zero stars I would I made an appointment for a friend of a friend that doesn’t speak much English I spoke to a Adam two weeks ago and confirmed with him the day before low and behold we arrive and no appointment was made I asked to speak to Adam he comes up front and lies right to my face that he never talked to me. I even showed him the call log in a sassy tone he was basically calling me a liar to my face. NO ADAM you are the liar. Shame on you!!! How this place employs you is mind boggling.

I had a pleasant experience. From what can be an already daunting process, I was welcomed by the staff. Everybody appeared to be professional and engaged. I got my test done, prescribed my meds, and met with two different people, all under an hour. I strongly recommend this location to others. Also, the office seems to be clean.

Very nice clinic. The wait wasn't too long (about 30min) and the staff was professional and friendly for the most part (except for the front receptionist. He seemed a little off...). You have to sign up first before you get served. On their website, you receive your results and everything. I would go here again. I recommend. I went at about 2pm on a Tuesday and it wasn't packed (about 4 people were waiting). Visit went by fairly quickly.

Drove 45 mins arrived before closing at 5:31 just to be turned away reason being they had to many patients the. Lobby only had like 6 people in it crazy work only thing good is that I got pointed to another center that was 20 mins away don’t advertise the time if you guys aren’t going to Honor it

I love this clinic. I drive miles to come to this location because it’s clean, the staff are nice and the wait is not long. It’s free and that is such a blessing for those who cannot afford it. The open and closing times are the best around since some people work like me and I come after work. It can be a million people in there it moves extremely fast. I love how fast I get my results and how I don’t feel judged. We all need a safe space to make sure people are up to par with their health. Keep up the good work. No matter where I am if I can make it to this location I will! Thanks so much for everything you guys do!

Yaya was so nice with my blood draw I was very nervous going in and she didn't just take my blood she took the time to listen to my concerns and really calmed my spirit in a very mature way. I am so thankful that people like Yaya take their job serious but also take the time to talk to the people who obviously have fears going in to get tested. God bless AHF and Yaya for a wonderful experience!
