These guys are awesome. They literally have the best communication with me. I always know when my new prescriptions are about to be filled and if everything is correct with their courtesy calls. The delivery service is excellent. Driver always texts me when my prescription has been dropped off.

Lucy is always at the customer service window. She knows who I am and why I'm there. Promptly retrieves my prescriptions. I don't have to see each item in the sealed bag! It's always correct. The pharmacy team and Lucy makes picking up my prescriptions easy. I'm glad I choose to be part of the AHF pharmacy and Doctor's office Oakland Park.
Update July 2023 Both the pharmacy and the doctor's office moved closer to the ocean and beach and a lot further away from my home. There's been a lot of new employees and none know my name like Lucy did. I've received numerous mistakes on my prescriptions . I feel like a number with my doctor of 10 years+. I've never been able to talk to my doctor on the phone. EVER. if you're sick with a mystery rash they tell you to go to the ER. My insurance copy for the ER is $100 my copay for my primary physician is zero. I'm scared I feel totally alone. And all the doctor's office said was "go to the emergency room" . This was in June of 2023 not during the COVID pandemic.

I LOVE THIS PHARMACY! I've been going to them since 2010 and they're ALWAYS kind and will help you with prescription filling and refilling! Very kind on the phone never a long wait to talk to someone and when you do they do an excellent job at listening to what you need done, they really go above and beyond to help their patients! They will also deliver if needed was great through COVID! Again I LOVE THIS PHARMACY! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This pharmacy is great! It is non-profit, so instead of lining the pockets of some bigwigs, monies are reinvested in persons unable to afford their medications.

When there is a question or problem with my prescription, the pharmacist himself does not hesitate to call, or even fix the problem for me. Although this AHF location is 13 miles from my home, my prescriptions can be delivered to me in Hollywood, or anywhere else in the county, free of charge.

The pharmacist and technicians at this Pharmacy are extremely kind courteous and always seem to go the extra mile, not to mention that it is a not-for-profit pharmacy with all proceeds going to the AIDS Healthcare Foundation. Not only do the proceeds go to a good cause but prescriptions are also less expensive because they are not for profit.
