Don't even waste your time here they'll set you up with an appointment take all your personal information and then cancel on you and you never get seen this is the fourth time they've done this to me I've gone without care for over a year

The only thing I don’t like is when they change case managers. It’s always a game trying to find out who is your new case manager.

Do not use this facility for treatment at all. Poor staff, poor attitude. Said I was drop from program but seen me all 2024. I found a new facility to use. Ima scream it so everyone can hear me. This place is trash. Doctors suck and they will bill TF out of your insurance. MF was sending meds every week. Scammers

Me and my husband were seeing this Offcie. A month ago they made my labs, I was waiting for results of an important matter, never called never contact me when I went to follow up/ they told me then that the labs didn’t perform because an error on the sample! Then I had to do it again! Why they didn’t call me before- but of course is better for them since they charge my insurance every time I go- so it’s better if I gotta go more. Even for repeating exams. They also did a EKG and send me to a cardiologist for urgent care - I was about to die! The cardiologist told me all is ok/ they did perform the the exam probably wrongly and it is sensitive that’s why the results were altered. I contact the nurse a week ago to try to receive the results the fail and I had to repeat/ never happened with quest directly! But 15 days I still don’t have any results in my quest app or their portal. Why? Because the don’t release them until you go again for a follow up and pay again. I am canceling all my follow ups with them and my husband as well. I think I got solid reason for it. The pharmacy services are good tho. Let’s see if they are consistent.

I was accompanying someone and as we entered the building, almost immediately someone will approach you to direct you in the right direction. You are treated with respect. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, eager to help . Their Dr's don't leave you in the dark; they answer all your questions and ready to help you if there are concerns or worries you might be experiencing.. Highly recommend

This is the worst mobile unit you can work with unprofessional providers, that abuse employees verbally,mentally and physically. Treat patients very bad, and the sad part you talk to the "Boss" and she's do do anything to resolve it. I have told the I was gonna he buried by one of the providers I felt very in danger and The "Boss" just did a meeting and said everything is ok!! Is ashamed that people like that get away with all this abuse to the MAs and they just seat there and look over you're shoulders! I do it recommended this job to no one! They said you are doing just this and after the months thee list of to do things gets longer and longer!! You will see what I'm just writing. I feel very mentally drain and abused by this people and is not a way to leave in day lay basis. God bless them and hope for them to help this people that really need medical attention and stop the bullies. Thank you
