Came here with a group as the first stop on our trip. I have to say the setting is beautiful and tranquil. Larger locker rooms with sauna, steam room, hot tub, cold plunge and outdoor showers. Beautiful outdoor co-ed area with great seating where you can order food and drinks. Our massages came with a mimosas and access to the huge resort pool with lazy river and two waterslides - a lot of families, but there is a separate adults only pool, spa and bar.

Top notch luxury spa experience. Amazing staff and fantastic, knowledgeable massage therapists. My therapist catered my session to my unique needs so could get the most out of our time together - I'm so sad I forgot her name, starts with a J, and everyone knows she's "tiny but mighty!" One of the best services I've ever had.

Will be coming back and recommending to friends!

The spa was very nice, clean and very well appointed. Just about everything one could possibly need. The customer service was excellent, the staff was very professional and knowledgeable.

I got an excellent massage from Sara who i would highly recommend!

The jacuzzi was private and shaded. The sauna and steam room were very clean and big, enough room to be very comfortable.

My overall experience was great! I would highly recommend Agua Serena Spa!

Had a last minute opportunity to do a "me day". Staff was great. Had a deep tissue massage that hit all the right places. My favorite part was the steam room.

Lovely spa experience at Aqua Serena @ the Hyatt. I had a warm fusion massage by Jovina. She was fantastic, the entire spa atmosphere was super relaxing. The spa isn’t huge, which I liked because it wasn’t loud or busy. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.
