This was my first time going to this office or Kenya. I moved from another state and was nervous since I have never switched doctors before. From the second I walked into the waiting room I was greeted with smiles and kindness. I have a lot of health concerns and am terrible about staying on top of my health, and she definitely made me feel more at ease! I would recommend this office and Kenya to anyone who is looking for a doctor in the area. It’s a 40 minute drive for me and well worth the trip! I would give this office and Kenya 20 stars if I could. Impressed!

Kenya is a great NP dont get me wrong ! But the office doesn’t communicate very well! Hard to even schedule an appointment most likely 2 months out! I had to contact them about my test results no body bothered to respond to me regarding my results! I had referrals to see a specialist and nobody ever contacted me about my referrals !Run away from this company because they don't treat you like a patient just another number! They only care about $$! Not truly about your Health!!

first of all if you have little ones they don’t stress the urgency for them to be seen waited a whole month for the appointment to be canceled because I was 11 minutes late checked in online she said they don’t have a grace period but she give ppl 10 minutes. I’m sorry never have this ever happened before mainly because I’m always on time but this time I’m livid. A little car trouble got my child appointment canceled keep in mind the waiting room is packed so I’m sure his name wasn’t called.

Kenya Dennis-Cowart Nurse Practitioner is absolutely AMAZING. Kenya made me feel like I was seen and heard. She didn’t just go over the right now stuff, she had no problem going back into my file to actually get a better understanding of what I was talking about.
Kenya had no problems answering any questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed/brushed off w my concerns and questions. I hope to see her in the future.

The patient care representative is rude and doesn't do her job. Phone calls go unanswered. The nurse practioner Kenya Dennis cowart is unprofessional and neglectful. Will be reporting her!!! This office is sooo unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone seeking quality care!! I wouldn't trust them with my pet!

Disappointed with the service I received at Agape Family Health. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with disrespect and unprofessionalism by the front desk staff and medical assistants. The office was dirty, with chips and trash scattered all over the floor. It was clear that the staff didn’t take pride in their work environment. But what really took the cake was my experience with Nurse Kenya Dennis Cowart. She was rude, unprofessional, and refused to see me. As a patient, I expect to be treated with dignity and respect, but Nurse Cowart failed to meet even the most basic standards of patient care. I’m extremely disappointed in the service I received at Agape Family Health, and I would not recommend this facility to anyone. I will be reporting Nurse Cowart’s behavior to the relevant authorities and will be seeking medical care elsewhere.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Agape on Dunn. The office staff is completely unprofessional and unresponsive. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and messages, I was consistently ignored. I was forced to visit the office in person to request a medical note from my provider, Kenya. However, when I arrived, the staff was evasive and rude. They refused to allow me to speak with Kenya, claiming she was busy with clients. I was willing to wait, but instead of accommodating my request, the staff became hostile and eventually called the police. I was shocked and appalled by this behavior. Kenya's lack of professionalism and rudeness are unacceptable. As a healthcare provider, she has a responsibility to treat her patients with respect and dignity. I will continue to file complaints until this issue is addressed. I advise others to beware of the subpar service and unprofessional staff at Agape on Dunn.
