The level of professionalism is beyond superb. The staff is friendly and inviting; the doctor was patient and knowledgeable. Throughly explained the diagnosis while, noticing other symptoms in areas not pertaining to what we originally came in for. Which helped to put my mind at ease due to being dismissed from another doctor about said issue. I will always recommend this location and will return whenever I can not get to my child’s pediatrician. We love after hours pediatrics!

We came to After Hours Pediatric Urgent Care after my 10 month old baby developed an allergic reaction while on vacation. We were seen promptly upon entering, and treated kindly and professionally. The staff were all wonderful and got my boy the help he needed.
Of course this isn't necessarily a place you ever *want* to go, but we'd definitely recommend it to other parents in similar situations!

Drove 30 minutes to this clinic around 7pm on Christmas Eve with a sick two year old. The clinic was completely empty and we were the only people in there… the nurse/technician that took us back should not be working with children, as she was rude to a two year old when she couldn’t understand or cooperate while taking her vital signs. She couldn’t get my daughter’s oxygen level, got impatient and just decided to place us in a room- this is important to note.
The “doctor” which I’m not sure was even a doctor, came in and barely examined my child just to tell us he was 99% sure she had the flu from her symptoms. He had her swabbed for the flu and told us it came back NEGATIVE 20 minutes later, but still decided to send us home with a viral illness diagnosis.
The next day my daughter had trouble breathing and ended up in the Emergency Department, where she was diagnosed with pneumonia. The emergency room physicians could not believe this was missed by another “doctor” since she had clear signs of severe hypoxia and her lung sounds were abnormal which this “doctor” should have heard upon his examination.
Do NOT take your children to this location under any circumstances. This is a very dangerous situation we were put in and caused us severe emotional and physical distress on Christmas Day.

I felt bad going in 30 minutes before close, but the staff was very welcoming and empathetic for my sad toddler. They diagnosed her quickly and gave her medicine to hold her over for the night until the pharmacy opens in the morning. All of the staff members were kind and took time to explain aftercare instructions before leaving.

Great service. Was in and out within an hour with my 4yr old. Everyone was very nice and attentive. Will most definitely go back if we are unable to see our pediatrician.

We are visiting from out of state and unfortunately needed to visit a doctor per recommendation from our pediatrician for my son’s cough. I was glad to find this office which specializes in pediatrics. The morning of I reserved a time online - the first available time 2pm - ended up running 10 minutes late, and still only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seen. Wait time definitely varies, because when I left the shopping center later after grocery shopping it looked a lot busier.

The receptionist Aliya was very polite and straightforward with pricing details (due to us being out of state and our type of insurance we had to self pay). She asked what’s my son’s symptoms/the reason for the visit and gave us very brief paperwork. Everything is done in the front desk, so there’s not really any privacy to discuss these things, it wasn’t an issue for me just something I noticed. The entire office appeared to be very clean and festive. Once we were taken back, they took my sons vitals and made sure to give him “a big boy room” per his request 🤣

Our physician Mubin was very thorough in his check up, he listened carefully when I described my son’s symptoms and how long everything has been going on. I was very pleased with his bedside manner towards my son and overall respectfulness. He was not dismissive, made sure to answer all of my questions, and help ease my worries as a mother. He clearly explained why we needed to stop giving cough medicine, what medication he would be prescribing instead, and what signs to look for in case of allergic reactions.

The discharge nurse explained dosage/timing for at home, gave me paperwork with the information on it and for me to give our PCP about the visit. She also administered the first treatment of medication. We chatted about our upcoming travels to her home country of Colombia and she gave us some tips on where to go.

Overall, my interaction with the staff at After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care was pleasant and welcoming, so I knew my son was in good care. I would highly recommend this location and would return (if needed, hopefully not!)

Due to it being New Year’s Day, all of the pharmacies are closed. I wish I would had asked for a small dosage of medication to take home so I could continue treatment as recommended but I didn’t realize this until we had already left. Something to keep in mind if you go in around a holiday.

OMG! I went with my daughter and 3 month old granddaugher who showed signs of thrush on her tong. My daugher is nursing her and had pain in her nipples. Our insurance faxed the clinic before our arrival to make sure we didn't have to pay up front. The receptionist told us she didn't receive anything, but didnt even bother to go check. So we got on the phone with the insurance co. again and while we were on hold for 10 min, all of a sudden, she found the fax! The baby was seen by the doctor who prescribed something for thrush, but when my daughter asked about her nipples being sore and if she should use the cream another doctor prescribec, the pediatrician didn't give an answer! What kind of care is that?

We came in today to have both of our children seen. Ms,Vanetta was extremely helpful and got us all situated. She was very sweet, professional and helpful. The staff here overall is extremely professional and helpful. I’ve been here many times with both of my children and have absolutely nothing but good things to say about them.
