The last 48 hours had been very painful and stressful for me I called around to different clinics for help and chose this one and it was my best decision upon coming in the staff saw me at a rapid pace while being courteous and caring of my physical health the receptionist Mariah and Alex were very professional and came to check on all of the patients that we’re waiting hopefully too many people don’t need clinics but if they do or did this is the best one in the area to choose from

I have been coming to this place for about a Year now and my experience has been great.yabieliz and Alexandra are both great ! They make me feel at home when I come . They are gentle when they are checking my blood pressure and always making sure I’m okay!!!! I Recommend you to come here If you do not have a primary care

The moment Dr.Karen left this clinic’s quality dropped immensely. I used to love this office for all of my needs but after going a few times their true colors showed. The office girls are vicious & wont even let you talk to your nurse after the fact for questions about your previous appointment without being forced to schedule another appointment. They do not care about their patients, they are just out to suck them dry by pushing them into more expensive option’s ironically enough when they are called “Affordable Care” in their name. Its not affordable when you have to schedule multiple appointments for one sickness just to get clarification on anything within your appointment. The person that helped me the first time showed up nearly 10 minutes late anyway so I didn’t even get the full appointment time. They would not even allow me to come in & forced me to do a virtual visit likely to drain me of my money as soon as possible. I am so disappointed because I thought I had finally found my clinic in Orlando, but I will never be returning here again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Having anxiety is a hard thing to deal with. The wonderful staff at Sand lake medical takes your needs into consideration and makes your care plan a individual plan not like some that lump everyone in the same box. They are busy but the team works so well together that your wait isn't a issue. The staff is well trained on drawing blood so if you get nervous don't worry they are gentle. The prices are reasonable and the office is clean. What ever your need you will be in good hands.

Came for an appointment and left very disappointed and uncomfortable with the manager. Michelle was amazing and Liz was very helpful, I had an issue with two different occasions, one being the manager speaking rudely to the two girls up front when theres a rush of patients. I wasn’t able to get their names but It was too hectic that It gave me and other patients anxiety. Another issue was the language barrier, I understand that there is a language barrier but It doesn’t mean to treat the patients like we’re slow, “i dont understand spanish, only English, speak in English” was said by the manager which shocked me. Only reason why I come is due to the convenience and the kindness of the girls up front and Michelle but besides that, I would give this location a 0.

The school gave me this, so I can since it saids walk in for school physicals lol and they tell me that I need an appointment and the earliest would be 2 or 3pm. Mind you it's 10am now. I hate false advertisements. And their attitude was unnecessary with the person they were speaking before me. Never coming here or recommending at all.

First visit was OK. Today however, new staff didn't know how to take blood or failed anyway, first time ever happened to me. 8:45am appointment and at 9:30 I left. My time is worth just as much as the doctor's. Also staff very unprofessional, chewing candy cane while talking to me, another squeamish about blood when asked to help by new staff. Not at all confidence inspiring.

Walked in with my father because of dizziness. Was told they are not urgent care but they would see my dad. Front desk very helpful knowing we were from out of town. Back office fantastic and then there was Dr. Anne. She was very helpful in giving us the best medical knowledge and care we needed. She was very thorough with my dad and made him feel safe. I would definitely recommend this clinic. Thanks again to Affordable Care clinic
