Everything started off great here as I was referred by a family member, Dr. Michael Austin is a great doctor, im sure, but on the medical cannabis side of things he is hard to work with. Unwilling to increase allotments any more after the first increase, which shouldn't be an issue to my knowledge. He is however, quick to respond on message, knowledgable, and will not charge you egregiously.

Update!!!! He has now cancelled my prescriptions after I told him I wasn’t going to be going to him anymore! Anybody doing business with this dude should just stay away from his medical cannabis prescriptions

I can not say enough to express how highly I think of Dr. Austin and his nurse, Dawn. They are both so very caring. They listened, explained everything to me and actually made a doctor visit very pleasant. Dr. Austin is very thorough and Dawn is extremely helpful whether you're there or call. Almost rare these days to find such compassionate and caring medical professionals. Thank you both!

Dr Austin is awesome, a genuine caring doctor. He listens and hears. He is always encouraging and helpful. He seeks to get to source of any problems you have, to help correct and does so thru natural medicine not a ton of prescription meds. Thank you! His staff are wonderful too! I can’t recommend a better place!

It's not often I feel compelled to write a review. I would highly recommend Dr. Austin because he is extremely knowledgeable, comfortable to talk with, and will help you with Excellent medical care.
