Listen I am amazed as to how fast I was seen and how great the staff was. Medical assistant Melanie and Michelle were awesome, answered all my questions and got me in quickly to be seen, Dr. Grant was welcoming and was able to help and treat me wright away. For those with no insurance as my self they have a great membership program that you would pay low monthly payments for unlimited visit which would include your in house testing. That alone is amazing especially for someone with no insurance. I highly recommend anyone that is speaking care to go see Dr. Grant at AFC in spring hill. I definitely will be back when I need to be seen. They are also open until 8pm which is extremely helpful for us that work late

I was able to schedule an appointment for my child with ease and no hassle. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The wait time was reasonable, and the medical assistant was professional during her part of the visit. The nurse practitioner came in quickly, but my concern was that she seemed to jump to a diagnosis without examining my child thoroughly. It felt like I had to advocate for her to actually examine him before prescribing antibiotics, which was unsettling as a parent. While the process was efficient, I feel there needs to be more empathy and thoroughness in patient care. Additionally, the cleanliness of the facility could be improved. They have potential, but attention to these details would make for a much better experience.

I am grateful for this place and thankful it is so close to home. The other clinics in the area had extremely long wait times, and I needed to be seen immediately. This place is wonderful. Clean, smells great, the temperature of the building was comfortable (a different clinic on Mariner was a sauna and wait was over two hours). The staff is very friendly, very helpful, and did all they could to make sure I was comfortable when taking care of me. I went in for stitches, and all I had to do was fill out paperwork and sign up for a healthcare plan, which saved me half the money, and I was seen immediately after. The whole process was better than I imagined.

I wouldn't recommend anywhere else in the area. If you need an urgent care clinic, check this place out first.

I was extremely impressed. My appointment was 10am. I went back before 10 and I was done and back in my car by 1038. All the staff, from the moment you walk in until they walk you out, is very kind. You can tell they want to help each patient. The office is very clean. My scripts were sent to my pharmacy even before they brought me my paperwork, so they were ready when I got to the pharmacy.

All of the ladies in the office were amazing! Went in for my son, had my daughter with me also. She ended up getting sick while there and they were so attentive and caring of her needs as well. Everything went smooth and super quick! Thanks again!!

Since living in Spring Hill I’ve learned not to expect good service along with professionalism. This location offered both, I’m in total shock! Ever since Covid entered our lives it seems that the quality of service has been lacking in hiring policies and accepting anyone regardless of appearance and attitude. NOW my faith in humanity has been somewhat renewed. These people are everything anyone could want in politeness and professionalism. Glad I found them here. Check in was quick & easy. Nurse was friendly & helpful. Dr was very thorough . He addressed every issue i had with concern & knowledgeable solutions. I would rather go here before visiting any hospital. The facility was very clean & well maintained. My visit was quick & helpful.
