I've had some irritatedskin on my eyelids and around my mouth, and realized this morning I'd let it go too long.
Arrived at 9 and only had to wait a few minutes to be seen.
Staff and doctor both explained everything they did. Very helpful and professional.
I would recommend to anyone.

Staff was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and explained everything to me. I definitely will use them again.

Came in later in the day and had no problems being seen by the doc. All the staff was very courteous. So nice being able to get medical care without an appointment.

Staff was very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable from checkin, to vitals, to exam, and treatment. Their instructions were easy to follow, both verbally and written. The receptionist also offered helpful advice to let pharmacy know we were traveling so we did not have a long wait for medication pickup.

So disappointed in our visit. We were traveling and stopped at this facility for help with our 8 year old son along the way. His symptoms were fever, cough, and stomach pain. The NP came in the room, looked in his ears and throat and said she was going to write an antibiotic (but no ear infection and strep test negative)… never listened to his lungs, never assessed his abdomen. Never asked me a single question about his symptoms or what was going on. Very bad medicine! We left the facility feeling no reassurance that our son had been properly diagnosed. So disappointed to know AFC finds this kind of patient assessment acceptable.

Check-in process was laborious. I had to complete the process two times as the system generated 5 check-ins for me. When I followed the link on my phone, all of my insurance and personal information pre-populated. When I was instructed to check in again using AFC's tablet, all information had to be entered, including pictures of cards. Fortunately, I was there for a vaccination. If I had been sick, the process would have made me sicker. NOTE: AFC's staff were very helpful and courteous. The check-in issues are technology related. I have been to AFC on several occasions. It seems that insurance and personal information would be on file and readily available, as opposed to having to enter all that data at each visit.

Not happy about policy that forces you to leave a credit card on file. It gives you the option to decline this but they wouldn’t see me if i chose it. Then why offer option Paid with cash but did not matter.
