The facility is nice. The front desk was kind and welcoming , the RN’s were nice. The NP was very nice and forthcoming. I tested positive for COVID with a at home test. However, I needed to be tested for COVID so that I can get a return to work letter. When I was tested, it was negative. How could this be. I went home and did another test and I still tested positive. What kind of test are being used in this clinic? I had all the symptoms and contracted it from a relative so I know that’s what it is and yet the test they use gave a negative reading… They need to get better testing kits, more reliable. With the copay they wanted to charge me ($65) until I stated that I am double insured. This is why I only gave 4 stars.

They were very helpful and polite. And the girl that was at the front desk was the best, she helped me get logged in and helped me get my insurance on file thanks to her I got seen that day.(I hope she gets a raise or promoted because she was awesome ?). And my doctor was on point loved the experience.

They were so nice. Words can't even explain. I loved the set up for check in because I just added my info in by phone and then just waited for my name, which got called super quick. The nurse took my vitals, sweet as pie. She had a broken leg and I hope it heals as soon as possible and she gets better. The doctor who saw me got to me quickly, he came in and told me about the routine of what was going to happen and they came and took samples. I legit took a nap I felt so bad all i could do was cry a little my body hurt so bad and I was tired. But when he came in all my tests were negative and I got a steroid shot, which I didn't even feel , the girl who administered it was a pro. He gave me a list of the meds I'd be taking and made sure to explain them and made sure I knew what to expect. All in all they were great at what they do.

One of the best urgent cares I’ve ever been to! We were traveling through and had concerns finding the right urgent care facility. The staff is extremely pleasant and capable, the place is very clean, we were able to get in fairly quickly and they seem to have all the latest equipment! I highly recommend them.

This location is a lot better than the other surrounding locations in Montgomery. Dr. Aldrich is a great doctor. He took the time to take care of my “specific” needs. Normally when I go to the other locations they don’t like to do to many things at once.

I have always gone to this location.
The staff is always professional and pleasant. Checking in is so much easier. On this visit the lobby was crowded and there were 10 people in front of me but the staff worked quickly and efficiently and I was out before long. I will continue to use this location because of the excellent service I've received.

I recently visited AFC Urgent Care and was truly impressed by my experience. From the moment I walked in, my children and I were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. I'd like to give a special thank you to KJ! He is awesome and made this a great experience! KJ was not only friendly but also incredibly professional, making us feel at ease during this visit.

The facility was clean and organized, which added to our comfort. I appreciated how quickly we were seen; the wait time was minimal to none and the medical team took the time to get my children's physicals taken care of. The care they both received was thorough and compassionate, with KJ and Dr. Aldrich Lee explaining everything clearly and answering all of their questions.

We left feeling well taken care of and grateful for the excellent service. I highly recommend AFC Urgent Care (Berryhill Rd) to anyone in need of prompt and caring medical attention. Thank you to the entire team for making this visit a positive one!

Arrived and was greeted by such a warm welcome by the front desk clerk. When called to the back, the MA was such a nice person and easy going. When seen by the nurse (administrator), she wanted to know how our visit was maintained from time of arrival. When seen by Dr. Pita, he had the best bedside manners that any doctor could ever have. He really shown great concern for his patients. He wanted to make sure that we were good and he had given his undivided attention during the whole visit. He was very explainable in what he was going to do next. Everyone went the extra mile to take care of their patients. This place is so pleasant from the time we walked through the door. I will be visiting here from now on out and will recommend everyone I know to such nice and professional group of HEROES. I will like to thank such great staff for your professionalism. Truly, a job well done!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!!
