Wasted 5 months of my time… Came here for 3 tattoo removal sessions with absolutely no progress. Went somewhere else and already have significant progress after 1 session. I feel like I was being scammed to need more sessions so they could make more money. They also knew I needed this tattoo removal to be hired for a job. So the time wasted is really important to me.

Also, every time I came here I was literally forgotten about while waiting for my appointment. They admitted to forgetting about me. 3 times just left waiting around. The staff stands around and talks to each other, getting their hair done, etc while ignoring me for 20-30 minutes. This is not including the time for my “numbing cream”

The facility is clean, modern, and they are friendly, but I didn’t appreciate so much of my time wasted and feeling ignored.

Head spa experience was amazing! Very relaxing and thorough experience. My hair and scalp have never felt healthier. They were even kind enough to allow me to use their hair dryer. Venera is amazing

I have been seeing Raena and the other members of the staff at Aesthix plus for almost a year now, and I am always so impressed. Raena is so kind and accommodating. She makes you feel comfortable and is always honest. Highly recommend her and the rest of the staff!
