I've worked in customer service for nearly two decades, the first quarter of that in luxury retail, so I easily recognize Brenda as the dream archetype of brand representation. She immediately engaged me when I entered the store and listened to my needs, despite it being a little over an hour before closing. I was shopping for a gift and initially wanted to buy a premade gift set, but she helped me personalize my own custom set, arranged it beautifully in a box, and paid such impeccable detail to everything that I not only ended up spending TRIPLE my original budget but also purchased a few products for myself.

I am so impressed with Brenda’s joie de vivre and product knowledge, and I’m so much more excited to give this gift now. I’ve been a devoted client of Aesop for many years, and this experience only exemplifies my brand loyalty.

The soaps are legendary and smell like $$$$$, but they also cost $$$$. $40 for a bottle of soap, $100 for lotion. Makes for a good gift, but too pricey for the average person. The store is super clean, good experience!

Very friendly, attentive, informed staff.
What made me walk into the shop were the moisturising cream testers installed outside for anyone to pump and try.
The place has a minimalist interior where the products' packaging is utilized to texturise the walls; made me want to walk around and explore every bottle and container.

Everything smells so darn good. Super expensive in my opinion but hey better to spend money on good skincare than good makeup. Also fantastic service at this store!
