I can’t say enough great things about AeroCare DBA Medlogic in Fort Walton Beach! I was on vacation in Destin and realized I had left my CPAP power source back home. After calling several places within an hour's drive, AeroCare was the only one that had exactly what I needed. I was already stressed, but their amazing customer service quickly put me at ease.

From the moment I called, the team at AeroCare was incredibly helpful, understanding, and quick to assist. They immediately checked their inventory, confirmed they had what I needed, and even offered to hold it for me until I arrived. When I got there, I was greeted warmly, and the staff made the whole process smooth and hassle-free.

Their professionalism, care, and attention to detail saved my vacation and my sleep! It was well worth the drive. AeroCare truly went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend them to anyone needing CPAP supplies or any other medical equipment. Excellent service, great staff, and a lifesaver for anyone in a pinch!

I had an appointment today with this AeroCare here in Fort Walton Beach, FL. I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea for 15 years or more but have not been treated for it as I have severe claustrophobia. I tried the first time for 18 months and could not wear the gear. I am now seriously feeling the affects of not being treated and have now decided to try again after two sinus surgeries thinking that maybe I could breathe better and overcome my problems with wearing gear on my face.
...all of this to say that I was very stressed about this appointment. I do not want to fail this again. The person was so unbelievably calm, patient and informative. He answered all of my questions and put me right at ease. He let me try the apparatus for quite some time so that I can feel comfortable trying it tonight for the first time. He was even giving me positive affirmations while I was trying it on. He actually uses one, so I think that makes him much more understanding. I am telling you this was so different from the stress inducing sessions that I had many years ago when I failed the whole thing. What a caring person. I am pumped to get some good sleep tonight! Thank you guys!

Avoid at all costs unless you like bureaucracy. My wife needed replacement tubing and a mouthpiece for her nebulizer and was told over the phone it was available and didn't need a prescription. I get there and am told they will not sell me plastic tubing and a plastic medicine cup/mouthpiece because I didn't have a prescription. For plastic tubing. And a plastic mouthpiece. So I have to order the replacements from Amazon and wait until it arrives in the mail before my wife can start breathing treatment. Surprise...Amazon didn't require a prescription for the plastic items. This place is absolutely pathetic.

I was traveling out of town and had an urgent need for a piece of CPAP equipment. The staff at Aerocare at the FWB were so polite and patient and understanding. Thank you so much. I didn’t get the name of staff member at the front desk but bless you and thank you so much! I had a beautiful night sleep again and look forward to my trip to Colorado 😊

Everything from the first call to set up an appointment to my actual appointment was perfect. My appointment was with James and he was extremely knowledgeable and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable with my mask and knew how to use my machine. I've been nervous to get a CPAP machine and thought the entire experience would be awful but they have been great!

I have had the pleasure working with Mickey Picon at AeroCare. Mickey has been extremely patient with me and my repeated questions and issues with my refurbed/re-issued CPap machine. Seemed like I was visiting their office several weeks in a row with various questions and inconsistencies with the re-issued machine and its parts. She assisted me with each request with patience and expedient help. Finally, all my issues were resolved because of Mickey's diligence in giving me complete customer satisfaction!

Their billing department is terrible. They have been using the wrong member number for my insurance and I have called and corrected it several times and they are still billing incorrectly and then turned my account over to a collection agency. I have left at least 6 voicemails (since they refuse to answer the phone) and they have not responded at all. The sales staff in the office have been great. No issues with them at all

The employees here are very sweet and genuinely care about you. They went above and beyond helping me with my father's machine. More helpful and caring than most of the doctors around here that's for sure.
