THEE absolute worst DME company to order with. I work at a hospital and this company will hold up a discharge like no other. Also, if you work for an organization only one person at your business can register to place orders on the website even if 20 people work there placing orders. They only accept orders online. I've never ever not once had an order go through successfully with this provider.

I really appreciate one driver in particular named Billy. He really gets to know his patients and does all he can to make sure they are taken care of! He works very hard to represent the company in a positive light.

I have a chronic headache condition called "cluster headaches" also known informally as "the suicide headache" because of the extreme pain these debilitating headaches cause. Pure oxygen with a high flow rate is the only thing to bring relief. I have a variety of other conditions too that makes getting around difficult.

Almost all of the delivery drivers will often help out to a degree but there's no one that does it quite as well as Billy does. I bet his other patients that get regular deliveries by him would say the same. I've had some of the drivers he's personally trained and they are amazing also! These people really make the company shine.
