This business doesn’t have a system
in place to accommodate patients that require medical devices. They consistently over bill me for supplies.
They turned me over to collections over a bill that I never received. For $6.65 at that ! The Company that makes the product Resperonics should shut this distributor down and sooner than later.
There is a recall on my CPAP machine at the time of this review and of course they are closed. The level of concern for their customers and their health and safety is of little concern. Actually they simply don’t care except for one thing.

My granddaughter lives with me. We ordered her vest through Aero Care in Searcy. Dealing with Cheryl in Searcy was a joy but when a large amount was deducted from my granddaughter's account, we were directed to the Billing Center. It was a very frustrating time and the bank was unable to help. Thank goodness for Kimberly Clemens! She took charge and never gave up helping until the money came back into the checking account. Kim was so pleasant and always went above and beyond to help us. Kim has also been working on all of the insurance with our account - this turned out to be complicated but she works fearlessly on it. Seeing the other reviews makes me very thankful Kim was the one working with us. Hoping the company appreciates her for a job well done.

Their customer service is the worst. They sent me the wrong CPAP supplies 3 Quarters in a row. Every call to try and fix it went to voicemail. Option#2 on the main line is if you have a problem with your resupplies. Left two message a day for 3 days without any callback. Then call the main line and said I was new customer and the returned my call within 5 min.

Put in an order for my supplies that I still have not been able to recieve since October, it is almost February. I have constantly called them every week just to be told they are working on it.

Horrible company that will just lie about billing through magnolia respitory care also the worse. Lied and said would be x dollars in dec cause ins wouldnt pay and tell me oh we cant refund you the extra supplies cause its been over 30 days.. WTF the supplies are not open and willl get reused and rebilled to someone else. This company just wanting to take money and doesnt care about the customer

Turned in hospital bed and closed account. Price kept increasing and they were taking it off debit card was reason why it was closed. Following month get call saying account in trouble they can't collect payment even though they picked up bed and were paid previous month.

If I didn’t have to give a star I wouldn’t.All of a sudden after years of service they decide to bill to my insurance incorrectly or not at all.My name was spelled wrong and not corrected the first time I brought light to that issue.I won’t pay bogus charges on my bank account with my card.They would not accept my method of pay arrangement or accept the unopened product back.I don’t know what AeroCare of Camden has going in 2018...‍♀️?Beware!!!
