This medical group is fantastic. They took very good care of my mother and went over everything with us. Jean Paul was an excellent Medical Assistant. Very professional staff here. Highly recommend.

This office has been one of the worst my family has ever dealt with. My husband has type 1 diabetes, and this office keeps making mistakes with his prescriptions and lab work, including using incorrect names and dates. They even issued a wrong prescription and have been unable to fix it. The insurance company has faxed them twice to resolve one issue, but every time we call or visit, the person at the front desk is only "helping" and claims they don’t know where the information is.

We’ve never been able to get in touch with the office manager despite calling multiple times. Now, while at the office, they’re telling me that my husband needs to make an appointment to fix the mistake they made. They are refusing to correct a prescription error from September. We’ve called numerous times, but nothing has been resolved, and now they’re insisting on an appointment to address their error. This makes no sense and feels like malpractice.

Dr. Perez and her staff is very professional. The Dr. Takes and spends time explaining and listening to your issues I've been seeing her for many many years and think the world of her she's efficient and caring. Never had a problem with her.

Horrible service. My wife and I are new to the area and were recommended to this facility by a friend. My wife called and was put on hold for over an hour and then when I called I was transfered then hung up on and when I called back was put on hold for over a half hour before hanging up. They are not just losing two new patients but also our friends who referred us. If this is how they treat a potential new patient then I real would question what type of service they would offer over all.
