I have to say that my entire experience from beginning to end was quite lovely. The staff from front desk to nurses to anesthesiologist to doctors. Everyone was top-notch very informative and made me feel very comfortable and at ease before a procedure. The post op team were delightful and gave me very specific instructions and let me leave with confidence that I knew everything would be fine. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for great health care.

The people are very courteous, very attentive and very helpful especially RON of the imaging department. Since day 1 that I have been a client of St. Helena way back then sometime 2014. You guys are great. I accidentally bumped on DR GAN yesterday too, and he is one of the guys that gives ST. HELENA HEART and VASCULAR Institute a good name and reputation.

Everyone was pleasant and professional. I take nurse wash excellent - IV was inserted on 1st attempt, both the Dr and anesthesiologist spoke with me to discuss the procedure and asked if I had any questions. I was in and out in an amazingly timely manner. No after affects on any level. Great experience (except at home prep, of course.)
Only glitch was up on entering hospital, there was no one at reception, and I was steered to the lab registration where we signed in and waited unknowingly, before being directed to 3rd floor. The receptionist there was great.

The medical care was excellent. Nurses, surgeon all top notch. I would definitely recommend the ablation care there. Hence five stars.
The hospital Wellness accommodations were lacking. Our reserved room, which looked nice, was not cleaned beforehand. The second room we were assigned had a visitor in it! The third room downstairs had a terrible double mattress. You could hear and feel the springs. And very lumpy pillows. ( note to self, always take my own pillow).
The bed was a tight squeeze for two. But it was convenient. All I had to do was walk upstairs for the procedure.
I think the hospital could do some accommodation upgrades on room 114 downstairs.

Very prompt and reliable service. Unlike other places the XRay imaging reps went out of the way to help correct my referral to get it changed within 15 minutes by talking to the referring health clink through phone and fax so that’s my appointment could be kept intact. Really appreciate the care and attention and respect of time.

I had a wonderful cardiology appointment at ADVENTIST Health in St Helena. I was signed in immediately and then went to a room within minutes. All staff were professional and introduced themselves. My
Nurse practitioner ,Kerri, answered all my questions, was very warm and listened to me and did not rush me. We travel six hours to go to this hospital and their providers. It is so worth it. We have never had a bad experience there. I highly recommend using their facilities.

The ER wasn't overwhelmingly busy, it had a consistent pace of traffic. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The Receptionist greeted me instantly, she was professional and polite.
The waiting time was resonable. The medical staff (Gladys, Christina and Kat) were amazing, friendly, easy to talk to and quite knowledgeable in their field.

The care at Adventist was fantastic. There were plenty of staff to accommodate the amount of patients they had. They were extremely knowledgeable and took fast action on some extra care I needed. The Anesthesiologist took into consideration some questions I had on a genetic issue and was a kind person on top of it all. The doctor doing the procedure was very experienced and confident from his many years in the field.
I highly recommend using this Medical Facility.
