They cannot keep doctors and then get so "booked" you have to wait months for follow up appts for simple blood tests or referrals or anything. Then you get less than 10 mins (literally dr was in visit for 6 mins) and then wanted to schedule a follow up to complete the original appt. because he was out of time. Quality of care is just horrible.

Went to the lab this Friday morning at 8 am (they said no appointment needed) and they were closed! This is the 2nd time it has happened to me with this lab. They are great when open, but are prone to closing unexpectedly, so always call first !

Dr Iaccino is very informative, gentle, and knows what he’s doing when it come to chiropractor care. He talks you through each step of his adjustment. I’ll definitely be going back. Grateful to have him at our clinic.

Told me my oncologist retired and moved away and that I need to see their oncologist.(mine didn't retire or move anywhere) Now I go in to see about getting tests ordered and a refill on my pain medication, i was denied both and told to get it from my other doctor despite them being my pain management doctors... I recommend any Sutter doctors over these guys. Worst treatment as a cancer patient I've ever received hands down.

I just tried to make a simple appointment with Dr House and I am in disbelief over how rudely I was treated by Amber at this office. I expressed concern over not having received a call back regarding an issue. Amber told me I did receive a call and then proceeded to yell at me that I "must not be THAT concerned" since I didn't call back. When I noted that my husband was also on the line as a witness to her behavior, she quickly responded, with attitude again, that her supervisor was as well. Before I could respond, I was hung up on.

I'm in complete shock over the total lack of professionalism I just experienced. All my previous experiences with Adventist Health have been nothing but positive.

The staff and lab services are great. If you have to fast for lab work, they open at 6:30 AM Monday through Friday.
