I was very impressed with the ED and how smoothly the process for admission was. I had an amazing and attentive nurse called Bobby. He was completely “on it” and let me know what to expect next. He was amazing. All nursing were very friendly and reassuring but Bobby is a 1 in a million.
On 3 East everyone was very friendly and informative and i have no complaints or concerns. It was difficult to sleep but I’m not a good sleeper at the best of times so that’s nothing new.
All in all, as a retired RN i was impressed with the quality of my care. I am extremely grateful to AHRO

Came in after an accident and was treated with care and respect. Even though the ER was packed, check in was quick and staff stayed calm and professional. Nurses, doctors, and techs were all kind and took me seriously.

The only downside was the overcrowding—nowhere to sit and strict limits on support people. Still, I appreciated how well I was treated.

4 stars for the crowd, but great staff and overall experience.

My experience was very good and easy. I went about 3:30 in the morning. I was having breathing problems. Within 3 hours I was released. I had an EKG, blood test, X-rays and 45 minute breathing treatment. Everyone there was very nice and professional. I will go again there if I feel the need to.

My very first visit was perfect! EVERYONE was SO polite,professional,and caring. They answered any questions I had thoroughly and I would definitely recommend them to my family,friends,acquaintances,etc.

My birthing experience here at Adventist Health and Rideout was wonderful! All the nurses and doctors were so caring and nice. They made sure my baby and my own needs were met, and they never tried to push me to make a decision that I was uncomfortable with. They were also very sensitive to and understanding about my emotional changes during labor. They made sure all my papers were in order before I left the hospital.

I was in very good hands. The only improvement is communication. I was left for hours waiting on pain medication. It would have been nice to let me know they were waiting for approval from the pharmacist. A little communication goes a long way. Other than that, you would have gotten 5 stars. Thank your staff for a smile and very nice.

I give it five stars out of five. There was a lovely girl at the reception. She spoke very kindly and the person who did my mother's MRI was also very nice.
