The best hospital experienced where I delivered both of my kids. Both of my doctors. Dr Roger’s she is was great and Dr Maine was my super star! She did both of my C-section. Everyone who works there either the RN, the nutritionist, to the person who drives you in the wheelchair… everyone is so passionate, kind and friendly. Everyone made me feel like I was part of a family! Highly recommend this amazing group of professionals!

My care was filled with kindness and compassion. All of the employees and volunteers were professional thoughtful and very helpful. I would recommend this hospital to everyone. I was in for 6 days during which I was moved between basic care and ICU the care never faltered.

Is it how many times they brought in cameras and administrators to review mistakes and hope you won’t sue?(2 stars)

A hospital is a vast collection of people, activities and events. There’s no easy way to just give it a single rating.

I could spend an hour here listing every interaction that was great and every interaction that was terrible. Instead I’ll summarize

The nursing and tech staff is great. Kind, nice people.
The weekend folks leave a lot to be desired and being ignored is common.
The food is poor and frequently you are not fed or are given food that you cannot eat with your condition(kidney disease). Frequently going hungry is common.
Some nursing/tech staff(just a few sprinkled in) are downright brutal. Causing injuries. Ignoring you and walking away with you bleed and ask for help.
My moms spent roughly 8 weeks in this hospital in the past 18 months and the wild variety of friendly staff and neglectful staff is head spinning.

I had amazing experiences with everyone at Waterman during my past couple surgeries. Checkin was simple & bloodwork was efficient. The nurses were caring, friendly, & calming at all times. The anesthesiologist teams were professional & helped put me at ease about being put under for my surgeries. My surgeon, Dr. Tran was knowledgeable & willing to answer all questions. I was very pleased with every step of my care.

I went into the ER for CHF and I was admitted to the 3rd floor. I was shocked to hear I also have COPD which caused an air pocket in my right lung. I was on a chest tube for 10 days.
The 3rd floor nurses are the absolute best you could ever have. The entire staff was amazing. I can't thank them all enough for their kindness, positivity, care, and understanding. First class experience!!

I highly recommend to any expecting mother! I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better birthing experience. Words can’t express my level of appreciation and gratitude for all the staff that I encountered. I received top-notch care and treatment during my entire stay. I’m truly blessed and satisfied about my overall experience. The celebration meal was the cherry on top, we enjoyed every bit of it.

I was lied to. They said that I had to put my dog into a shelter. They didn't say it was animal shelter. They made it sound as though it was a private shelter. They misled me. Then when the officer got there was told I had to "surrender my pet". I wouldn't sign those papers. I just felt as though my heart dropped. We have never been apart.

I don't think anybody likes to be in the hospital. I was there for several days. My experience at the hospital, it was excellent. The nurses and doctors we're very patient polite and professional. They made me feel extremely important.
They explain everything to me before they did anything and they were constantly checking out to make sure I was okay.I've been in hospitals before and they were not good. I just wanna say to the staff at Waterman hospital. You guys know what you're doing? Thank you very much, t
