Well organized outfit. The front office was very helpful in setting up my appointments.
The therapists were professional and pleasant to work with.

The old team was great but this newer team is not put together as well as the past one. You have one therapist supporting 4 or 5 patients at one time causing wait times and shorter sessions. The open sessions in the large room verses the more private sessions in the smaller rooms with a more personalized a better consideration for your needs made it better. The old group believed in working the muscle groups that were responsible for your need to improve where groups greatest concern is to cause NO pain. Not a helpful plan for. Healing. With my knee replacements the old team worked them out with care not to push to far. This new team seems to be more concerned with making more money by handling more people with absolutely no pain. My exercises 80 percent of them did nothing for my back
I felt no pain but did little exercises that improved directly the problem in my back. The exercises I did at home NOT prescribed by them did more. I will not use them again. None of the criticism has anything to do with the rest of the hospital. I use AHFM for all the rest of my health needs and I am very satisfied with them.

My experience with staff at AdventHealth Sport Med & Rehab was excellent, front office staff always very friendly and supportive. My occupational therapist Adam Forrest was amazing, supportive and also had a good amount of therapy exercises , to improve on my needs to function. I would like to thank everyone at this facility for their support and encouragement. I Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend sport medicine and rehabilitation to everyone.

My therapist Adam is very knowledgeable, patient, kind, doesn't rush you and very professional. My therapy is progressing very well, my hand and fingers are feeling and working much better. Pandora at the front desk is very efficient, patient, has great phone skills, very knowledgeable, and a helpful sweet young lady. The facility seems to have all the equipment needed for any type of therapy. It is very clean, all staff seems very nice. If I need any therapy in the future, I would return to this facility.

I've never needed an orthopedic therapist until now, and since I've gone through a few months of OT now I can say the experience was a positive one. Brianna Johnston was my Occupational Therapist and she is awesome. She is so knowledgeable and taught me a lot about my particular injury. She is a very caring person with a calming and happy chair side manner. Her gentleness and compassion show through in her work. Sheryl at the front desk is very nice and professional and will work hard to schedule appointments for your convenience. All in all this was a positive experience. Thank you Brianna you're a BOSS!😃

JoJo, Peter and Tiffany were absolutely wonderful in helping me with my difficult recovery, I honestly didn’t think I would walk the rest of my life without a limp but they proved me wrong! They are the absolute best physical therapists I’ve ever had!! Love and miss them

I was so very pleased with Brianna Johnston services.
She is a very very knowledgeable therapist. She gain my confidence at the first
Session and it kept getting better as we progress with my treatments. I did not leave like I came . I am 100 percent better.

I have a progressive neuro-muscular disease and saw Justin Richmond for the last 12 weeks. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything, answering all my questions.
My strength and endurance have increased greatly and I was officially discharged from there today. I hope to continue to work on exercise and balance at home, but if I ever need Physical Therapy again, I will definitely go back to Justin Richmond. He is the best!!
