I've had 7 surgeries in my life and this was, hands-down, the best physical therapy experience I've had. Three of my surgeries were shoulder surgeries (with 2 being total replacements) so I know the drill and am often bored by PT sessions because of the repetition. Not here. Josh C. was my PT for three months (2x per week) after my recent total shoulder arthroplasty and he was fantastic. Not only is he very knowledgeable but he continued to change up the sessions with different exercises each time and loaded them to MedBridge GO for doing more exercises at home. I was never bored and looked forward to these sessions. Laura, at the front desk, is great as well, always greeted me by name, always professional and engaging. Thanks, guys.

I highly recommend AdventHealth Sports Med and Rehab Lake Nona. It is very well run. I had a great experience during my sessions ( about 58 sessions over about 7 months at least twice a week) there. Christopher Dennis was my physical therapist and came up with a very good physical therapy program for my knee surgery recovery. Chris taught me exercises to do at home when my therapy was over. Taegan also was also involved to a lesser extent (usually subbing for Chris if he was unavailable) but very good at what she does.
I had total knee replacement surgery for both knees and I feel that the physical therapy was completely necessary and beneficial to my recovery. It has only been 7 months from the first surgery and my knees feel great.
The front desk area is so helpful and great with scheduling. Isaac is great with clients and helped me change my schedule several times when I had a work problem. All employees very helpful, professional and cheerful.

I had a terrible experience at Advance Health Physical Therapy. This place is a scam. The qualifications were extremely disappointing, and they charged me extra without providing any real service or benefits. They added unnecessary items to my bill, making it nearly impossible to understand what my insurance covered and what it didn’t. When I questioned these charges, they gave me no clear answers and pressured me into paying. The staff, especially Joshua, were unhelpful and dismissive. He did nothing to address my concerns and seemed more interested in taking more money than providing any real care. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone is incredible here. The Physical Therapists genuinely care about their patients and thoughtfully prescribe movements to strengthen specific muscles to aid your mobility. They are kind and caring and work at your level. I appreciate their kind hospitality. They make it more enjoyable.

After 64 physical therapy sessions at this location with either Julliam or Taegan, I am elated that today was my "graduation day"! I am motivated to submit this glowing review of Julliam and Taegan, who constantly encouraged me as they shepherded me through months of vigorous rehab from shoulder and bicep tenodesis surgery. I super appreciated their patience and consistent attention in helping me to regain strength and full range of motion in my arm and shoulder -- they were amazing, and I consider them to not only be my capable professional physical therapy providers, but I also have come to consider them as friends who care about me and my health. I want to thank this amazing group of physical therapist for getting me through therapy all the way to graduation. The exercises that are sent to my MedBridgego login portal helps out a lot while I’m at home or I can do anywhere on the go. I can still log into my portal even after graduation to keep improving my exercises and strengthening the areas I worked on during therapy and there are other exercises on there as well which is awesome.
