These people have no idea what they are doing. The worst experience that I have had and no one knows what they are doing. They can’t seem to get their stuff together and Dr. Samaan has no confidence in her abilities to care for a patient. She literally has to stop every 5 minutes to go ask for advise. The office staff is incompetent and makes up stuff when they don’t know the answers. They will literally make stuff up.

I’m so thankful I found Hermine Forte-Morris at this Advent health office. She is such a kindhearted person that is the TRUE definition of doing what you love. She always is very honest but compassionate in the way that she does it and truly wants to the best care for her patients. I’m thankful for the rest of her staff as well Mari who was the medical assistant that was so patient with me and made me feel comfortable when receiving my injections. As well as Mateo who provided additional support to Hermine-Forte Morris in regards of a second opinion and did so gently and kindly while making me crack a laugh. Thank you to the whole staff I appreciate your help and how easy it was to get me in.

To be completely honest this was the worst healthcare experience I've ever had at an advent health, Rn Debbie-Ann Patrice Anderson-Delaine was unbelievably rude to us, from completely disregarding our concerns for my partners health to her general tone and attitude the entire experience was baffling. when we requested a doctor's note for a set of days, we were asked to get a note for to cover our mandatory sick leave to get the sick hours paid for she was combative about it and dismissive as well. As far as I'm concerned, she shouldn't be practicing in any medical role period. If you're thinking of seeing her specifically id seriously advise you to rethink it especially if you deal with chronic illness or mental illness.

I can't denied they have wonderful staff but the way the handle this office is a different story they set a follow up appointment with me and when I show up they claim I never had an appointment with them I even show proof and still no doctor saw me that day, they want me to set me up for another after I already did a trip over there and was their mistake, try stay away from this location

Had to pop in for a couple of sutures and had the pleasure of receiving care from Ms. Scott . With great precision in stitching up the wound she kept my tattoo aligned so the healed skin wouldn’t deform the artwork. Very impressed and pleased with the result as well as level of care provided.
