I was very happy with the staff and the way I was handled. My one complaint is there was no explanation to me why if in my report the Podiatrist recommended my broken heel be equipped with a plate and 4 screws why he didn't perform that operation. Thank you and I await your answer.

I felt very well looked after last Tuesday. Tests eliminating infection of the bladder were relatively quick.- at least 4 out of 5.

My sole disappointment was the urologist recommended by you for follow up. His phone rang without answer at least 20 times over 3 days. When I finally went to his office in person, (showing your written referral) no appointment was offered.

Three days after my treatmentatAdvent, I received an additional bill with no explanation. I paid by VISA. But, it woulshave been nice to know what the additional bill was for.

I want to Advent Hospital emergency room. Because my left shoulder and behind my neck severely in pain. I had a doctor John Taylor.

Very, very nice doctor listen to me. Found l what Bush wrong? They made me feel comfortable made me feel good that they listened to me.
And I was very pleased with the results when I left.

My visit was very quick, but VERY EFFECTIVE!! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and showed me their value to the company!! Dr. Taylor was AWESOME!! Michelle RN, was ALSO AWESOME!! Thank you for helping me get mended up and sent on my way!! Highly recommend this ER!!

The 2nd ER visit was horrible. A young man walked into the room I assumed was an orderly. He stated he was the doctor on and that he ordered tests. Never saw him again for 4 hours. He walks in and states all the tested we’re fine. We’re releasing you. Never once asked more questions regarding my health. They just pushing you right out of the door. Not one time did he discuss my test results.

Mom had an appointment for an 8am CT scan. Arrived 20 minutes early to be prepared. We still waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to be called. Not a bit of courtesy to let us know they are behind or maybe an emergency happened. Seemed annoyed when I asked what is going on.

Everyone at Advent health from start to finish was very professional and caring. They all took very good care of me and always took time to answer any questions that I had and told me what to expect. And the doctors that preformed my procedure was awesome. Definitely glad I went there. Thanks to everybody that was involved in taking care of me. 🙏🙏

Waited over 2 hours in a hard chair in a cold and dreary drafty waiting room right by the front doors that kept opening and spraying the patients with cold air. The was horrible. I never got seen by a doctor or all, and was very very cold. You all should be ashamed of of yourself I'm done going to this parody of a hospital. Its ridiculous.
