Dr Jose O Delgado is a great doctor. I have been under his care for many, many years. If a test from my blood work comes back bad, he knows what to do to help solve the problem. The staff at the office are very nice and very professional. They always are able to find me an early appointment, which I love. I am so glad Dr Delgado joined the Advent Health Group.

Insurance fraud!!! Advent health primary care bills your insurance for services you did not incur. Went for my annual wellness exam which should be covered 100%,but they added a bunch of items causing a fee. Unwilling to correct their error.

I booked an appointment with a doctor 3 months in advance. A week before the visit, they called and rescheduled the time. Fine, I thought, but when I arrived, it turned out they not only changed the time but also assigned me to a completely different doctor without informing me.

The staff at the reception are unprofessional and seem indifferent to the concerns of patients. To make matters worse, the next available appointment is only in a month and a half. Very disappointing experience. They don't care

Our family doctor is so amazing, kind ,always professional, understanding and his bedside manners is second to none!! We feel like we're in such good hands! Oh by the way our doctors name is Dr. Alain Delgado-Fuentes!! Wonderful doctor ❤️!!

My appointment was with wrong doctor. They switched without telling me. In other day I waited for one hour for blood test. Horrible service at front. Never again I will use this place.

From start to finish I had a great experience for my first visit.
The outside of the building is in great condition with good landscaping.
When you walk inside, the waiting room is spacious and clean.
The wait time was only about 5 or 10 minutes which is amazing! I did come at 8:30 am though.
The front desk staff were friendly and checked me in quickly and with no issues.
While I was waiting I used the communal restroom and it was well stocked and clean.
The nurse I saw prior to seeing the doctor was nice and very understanding about my anxiety and nervousness.
Dr. Fuentes Delgado came in after an extremely short wait (I think like 2 or 3 minutes) and was well presented and very friendly. He asked me tons of questions and made sure all of my needs were met before walking out the door. I am so happy he is going to be my primary doctor! Thank you Dr. Fuentes Delgado! Edit: Sorry - it's actually Dr. Delgado Fuentes!
