Where do I start?! I have never had an experience like I had at this office! My appointment was at 6 I was not seen until 6:50. Not only was the nurse practitioner Herma Baker late in seeing me, she had to ask me who I was (mind you she has seen me before) she had no clue as to what was going on. It was a follow up appointment to go over lab work! Absolutely ridiculous!! She didn’t remember prescribing my medication, I had to tell her that she had already and suggested that she look at my chart!!! I have never been made to feel like just another number, one more person with insurance to squeeze money from!!! The only good thing about this visit was the front desk receptionist who was nice enough to offer me water and pretzels. When I was asked if I wanted to schedule a follow up I firmly declined. Getting a new Dr. ASAP!!!!!

We are new to this practice seeing H Baker. I am so disappointed in coming here. She never know why I'm in the office even after the pa takes all the information. She constantly talks over you and never hears your answers. I have called and called for 8 days now to get my prescription filled. After 6 days she sent it to Publix and it was the wrong dosage. Now for 2 days I have called to get it fixed and no one will return my calls. Don't waste your time.

I can't give a zero, huh? Negative one..? I don't do hospitals, because I'm mentally 'too tough' for that. So, when I give in and go... because I'm in so much pain I might need to be checked out after an accident...
The doctor says you look like you're walking fine. I promptly put my clothes back on and left.
